Christmas was ruined because out of the 3 items I purchased, only one showed up before Christmas, and that was only because it was sent FedEx. The earrings I purchased "guaranteed" delivery by Christmas showed up on the 26th...USPS. The ring I purchased on 12/05/20 as a Christmas gift is still missing and it's the 27th...USPS. I realize that Covid is an issue, but the world has known that for nearly a year. UPS and FedEx have adjusted, but the USPS has not. I sent two messages to Szul customer support. I was told they would look into the issue on the first message, and had no response on the second. I suggest Szul re-evaluates their shipping policy and picks a shipper that is reliable. That way their merchandise and customer support doesn't suffer because the USPS does not care..."
