"Bought a pair of 40mm gold earring hoops on Nov 24, 2018. It took about 2 weeks to get. When I finally got them they were SILVER NOT GOLD. How does a jewelry place send out wrong jewlery? Anyways the customer service sucked. The lady took her time to email me, was rude, and can tell she did not care. They dont answer the phone, I called numerous times to get no answer. I mentioned that in an email to them as well. After all of this they told me I had to ship back the silver earrings before I can get my gold ones. That's gross, what if I wore them? Would they resell them? So at the end I told them to give me my refund because I didnt want to wait another 2 weeks for my earrings when it was a mistake on their end. I recieved an email on dec 10 at 2:52pm saying I would get a refund. Never got my refund! This was my first time ever purchasing from szul. NEVER AGAIN! I will certainly tell friends and family to never waste their time with this site. I hate a company with bad customer service. Without customers you would be nothing. ✌"
"I dont know what's worse. The quality of the rings, the sizing being off, or the customer service. Would not purchase from them, if a problem comes up with your order, dont expect to get ahold of them."

"I've ordered from Szul several times before and I'm always impressed with the good-to-high quality jewelry at unbeatable prices! Their order fulfillment is usually quick/on-time, but this time they didn't ship until after the date it was originally supposed to arrive. I had sent an email inquiring about this, but they didn't respond (I suppose instead they responded by shipping it because it was sent on the original arrival date and arrived just a few days later). Later, I did get a response- just a delivery confirmation email.
I think something must have been delayed on the fulfillment side pre-shipping since the delivery was otherwise great. I was buying this super early, so it wasn't a problem for me anyway. I would have preferred a more personal response to my inquiry, but the necklace is nice and Szul has done a great job so many times...I'll be back!"

"Sapphire bracelet w/ diamond chips , 18k gold over silver was very attractive but the stones were very black and opaque such that there was no blue color visible at all. Sapphire posts were smaller than other posts I've ordered and also almost black. I'm not really sure what stones they actually are. The citrine gemstone posts were very nice and as shown online."

"i am VERY, VERY upset that i paid good money for a necklace that i was told was REAL silver and it's NOT. My grandfather was a jeweler so I know the difference between real and fake silver. Also, it's not even stamped! JUST IN CASE, I took it to a local jeweler to confirm its fake and 3 of the Jewelers confirmed it.
So yes, I am extremely dissatisfied!!!"
