"I ordered a Honeywell whole-house humidifier for my forced air furnace. Love it! Shipping, price, and product quality were all above expectations. Installation was new (not a replacement) and involved several steps, but went fairly smoothly. It was complicated somewhat by having to deal with 80-year-old ductwork originally designed for a gravity system, giving me only one location where it would fit and be accessible for service. The instructions were good, but the video was more helpful than the print version. I recommend using duck-bill style sheet metal shears or a nipper if possible. For operation, having some type of humidity gauge in the living area would be a good idea. Overall, I'm very happy with my choice of product and recommend Sylvane without hesitancy. "
