My installer was very impressed with the Senville, it was his first experience with the brand.
My experience with Sylvane support was fantastic. I was short some items in the one of my lineset kits.
Sylvane customer service requested information of the missing parts and within the same day the parts were trackable.

"I purchased the Santa Fe Advance90 dehumidifier for my crawlspace. I also purchased the Supply Duct Kit and spare MERV 13 filters. There were no issues with the billing and the dehumidifier and accessories arrived promptly. The Advance90 just barely fits in my crawlspace, which is just 23" from the grade to the floor joists. The Advance90 is large and heavy, which made it difficult to get it set up in such a tight space. I removed a Santa Fe Advance, which is even larger, because it was no longer dehumidifying the air. This unit was installed in 2007. The Advance90 quickly dropped the humidity from 74% to 45% RH in a couple of hours. The crawlspace is sealed and is approximately 2,700 sq ft. The unit has been in service almost a month now, and it exceeds expectations. It is a wonderful machine for drying out the crawlspace."
