Worst Online Store Ever

" I placed my first order with this company in late January. Received it and the fit was horrible so I returned it. I used their return label and asked for an e-card so I could reorder a different size and style. Didn't realize that by using their return label it would take 2 weeks....to the day for them to even process it. I placed another order, and again the suit was very poorly made. returned it and this time I paid the shipping back because I wanted my money returned onto my credit card. Received an email with another e-gift card. I called and talked to customer service, who by the way are worthless, they usually give you another number to call and no one ever answers that number. I was told because I asked for a e-gift card the first time and it was impossible for them to credit my credit card. So again I ordered cover up since the suits are terrible I thought that would work. No way, ordered a cover up and it was awful. Called again and asked for my money back and was told I couldn't get it. Returned it and ordered a swimdress similar to what I currently have. Just received it and the material is flimsy and not at all the quality it should be. So again I called, I just want my money back....this is ridiculous. I have never shopped with a company that won't refund your money if you're unhappy. I always look at reviews when ordering online....sadly, I didn't when I ordered with these people. Please Please do yourself a favor and do not shop with Swimsuitsforall unless you want to throw your money away. I fully intend to contact the Better Business Bureau and report them. "

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!

"Worst online shopping experience I've ever had to deal with. I ordered a swimsuit almost a month ago and it's still nowhere to be found. I called several times and no one will refund or help me in any way! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They said give it another 8 business days and this is already after a MONTH of waiting. Not to mention it was $62 with a subtotal of 82 and chance and then another subtotal of $105. Then I check my visa and see they charged me $115. Seriously ? SCAM!!! Anyways if your considering ordering from this website save yourself the hassle and don't even consider it. Complete waste of time and money. "

Faulty product with no warranty

"I purchased a chlorine resistant Xtra Life Lycra Coral Zip Vest Boy Shortini in mid January 2017. It took about a month to arrive and I was initially happy with the set. I use the swim set at our local pool 2 - 3 times per week. The top is fine but the bottoms started fading and the fabric is deteriorating badly in a short space of time, I contacted them in March 2017 advising them of the problem, I had only been using the product 5 - 6 weeks. I took photos and sent it to their Customer Support team asking what they would do about warranty. I followed the care instructions to the letter. They keep coming back with care instructions and how you shouldn't use the product in a public pool etc. "HELLO" i just purchased a chlorine resistant swimsuit set, one would expect it to be suitable for use in a chlorine pool. I have had response after response, each time the respond I respond right back requesting warranty. I feel extremely insulted that the want me to purchase the replacement at a discounted rate and pay for shipping, I certainly don't feel I should have to spend any money with them to get warranty on their product that was faulty.

Has anyone made a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission in the USA?

Denied

"I placed two orders with them in October. At that time my mailbox was stolen by election result riots. One of the packages I received an automatic refund for. The second order was split into two for shipping, and I was automatically refunded for one of them. I guess I would assume that they would refund the second part of that order automatically as they did the first two. They didn't, and when I contacted them I was told there was absolutely nothing they were willing to do about it, regardless of the fact that the suits had NOT BEEN SHIPPED in the first place. Suuuuper impressed. NOT. I don't have a problem with their suits or site, but their customer service is SH*TE."

Worst online purchase ever

"Returned my product the correct way. They accepted and sent me an email saying I would receive my egift card in the amount of $84.83 within 72 hours. No email. I was on my Anniversary cruise within the 72 hours. Once got back my dads health wasn't that great so we focused on him. It slipped my mind then I contacted them and said "since I never received my email can I just use the money owed to me on my daughter a couple of bathing suits and I'll pay the difference"? Well then they said I received the email and now it's past 90 days and they retrieve the egift card. So now I lost all my money and they won't return the bathing auits I ordered. So moral of the story DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. It's a nightmare. I'm reporting them to the better business bureau. "

Disappointed.

"I was very excited to find a website where there were so many plus size options. I have gone long enough without one and need to quit using that as an excuse. I found the retro swim suit. I tried it on and it was a durable fabric. It appeared to be true to size. Exactly what I was looking for. I received the package in a week, which was expected. 3 weeks later I finally took it out and tried it on. This is where I discovered the issue. The strap was sewn on backwards/twisted. It irritated my shoulder when I wore it. The only way to fix the issue is to take out the stitches and resew it. Well, I **** at sewing and I don't have time to take it to get it fixed as I am leaving for vacation soon. I would have thought the products would have been better inspected prior to being sent out. For $50, I would have expected much better. "

Won't make simple order changes

"We placed an order and accidentally completed it before changing our shipping address to one that is different than our billing address. We are leaving on vacation and knew the order would only arrive in time to our destination. Immediately we attempted to make the change ourselves online, but there was no way to do so. Since it was night, we could no longer call so our only option was to send an email. I got a response that said "thank you" and nothing more. In the morning, I contacted them via "live chat" and was informed that they could no longer make any changes since it was more than an hour since I had placed the order - and my email didn't count. They refused to even cancel the order and let me reorder with the new address - even though the order had not shipped yet. I will be returning this order and have learned never to use this company again. Completely incompetent customer service! Good websites have easy fixes for a simple clicking error like this. It's ridiculous that they weren't willing to make any effort to fix this. Swimsuitsforall - you've lost a customer and I will spread the word to all of my friends as well."

Deceptive Company!! Beware!!

"Never again!!, When you order on their site it gives you a total price but when you get an email conformation number it charges your card a different price! Customer Service are the rudest people I ever have talked to NEVER AGAIN!!!"

No Refunds they keep your money!!

"I placed 2 orders with them and both times the suits did not fit. Then each time I sent them back I had to pay for shipping!!!! Called customer service and asked for a refund and the rep said okay. Waiting and Waiting.... by the time I realized nothing had been done I logged in to check my account only to find the bast**d had given me a gift card not a refund!!! Called customer service again and they would not issue a refund that I now have to spend my hard earned money with this company that sizes **** and makes me pay each time to return. DO NOT BUY FROM SWIMSUITS FOR ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Terrible Treatment to Customers!!

"Buyer Beware!! This company used be stellar. In August of 2015 they changed policies on returns/refunds. I guess they merged with another company... I had a credit with them in my Swimsuits for All account and a policy change resulted in them removing this credit and issuing it to an e-gift card and sending it to my email which more than likely went to a spam folder and then was auto purged after so many days. Apparently these e-gift cards are now only valid for 90 days and that there is no record of them. They also cannot EVER be reissued! I have been trying to get this rectified for the last 2 months and no one wants to help. I have filed a complaint with BBB which has told e they have a lot of complaints to date that they are looking in to!"

NEVER AGAIN!

"Suit is cute but will never buy from this website again. Talked to multiple people trying to exchange for a smaller size. Had trouble with my refund. WAS HORRIBLE! The person working there told me step by step how to exchange my order. They charge you to exchange though and refund you back after they get the first suit. I got refund on gift card even though the guy told me it would be on my CC. Had to call AGAIN and got a foreign woman I asked to speak with manager and she could care less. She said she would refund my CC as a "courtesy" and notate on my file that I did this! LOL I told her good bc I was never shopping there again!"

Horrible Company in So Many Ways! Beware!!!

"This company is absolutely horrible to deal with! First of all, the website has a hard time keeping up with all the promotions so I had to call my order in because the coupon code in my email wasn't taking. Big mistake! Don't call in orders because returns will not be covered by Google pay and you will get a store credit. Secondly, although I was told that the store credit would never expire, apparently they switched from credit to e-gift cards last year and supposedly there was an email sent with number and PIN. I went through all of my emails from them and no such email was received. Additionally, I spent HOURS on the phone arguing this fact (I had emails from them clear back to 2014-- I do not delete email). They were rude, unprofessional, and they have an archaic computer system that supposedly only keeps info for 90 days. So there is no proof that the email was ever sent, and there is no reissue because the system purges the information. What kind of company developes a computer system like that?! After threatening to open a case with the better business bureau, they finally reissued the credit. As if that experience was not enough, the following experience was even worse: I went to use the credit, and again had to call because the computer was unable to accept the right code. There was a special where it was $5 for express shipping. I ordered 1/23/17 and received a confirmation email saying a separate email would be sent when shipped. Waited until 1/25 and called because I never received the shipping email. After being placed on hold for what seemed like ages, I was told that they believe I should receive it within the next day or 2 and if not, to call back on the 27th. Did not receive it, called back and after being on hold forever again, I was told they could not find any evidence it was ever shipped because there was no tracking number. They told me to wait one more day just to see if it would come in the mail. What?! Of course it didn't, so I had to call back again and asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor was no help at all, was rude and condescending and actually brought up the fact that I should not be upset because the company reissued my store credit, "which we never do" I said oh! So that gives you the right to never ship my order even though I paid for express shipping?! I asked to speak to his supervisor. Spoke with a Mr. Crosby who was wonderful and apologized up and down and said this is not how we run our company. At that point, all I wanted was overnight shipping since it had been 6 days and the order still wasn't shipped yet. He said he didn't want to mess with the order because it was ready to go out, but he gave me a $25 gift card for the trouble and assured me that it would ship the following day. I never received a shipping email so I called back Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Each time I had to go through the aggravation of explaining the situation to the person who answered because saying "I want to speak to a supervisor now" does not work with the company. I even specifically asked to speak with Me. Crosby and I was told by one person that there was no one by that name, and the other 2 times I was told he was unavailable and they sent emails requesting he call me back but to this day he has never called back. I ended up speaking to the same sanctimonious supervisor I spoke to before Mr. Crosby, and not only did he re- bring up the fact that they reissued the initial gift card "which they never do," he brought up the $25 gift card Mr. Crosby issued 3 days prior, and was arguing that it was for all my trouble. I said no! That was for the trouble up until that point, it is 3 days later and your f***ing company STILL has not shipped my suits that he guaranteed would be shipped 2 days ago! I should have received them today and you haven't even shipped yet! All I wanted was overnight shipping and he refused. I said use the $25 gift card for overnight shipping because I won't order from your company again and all I wanted was the bathing suits. Again, he refused to accommodate and said there was a computer glitch and they should be going out soon. Finally, on 2/3/17, a full 10 days after placing the initial order-- I got the email saying they were shipped. I received the order 2/5/17. The amount of aggravation and hours wasted on this company and their terrible customer service took away all the joy in opening the bags. I am happy to say that they fit OK, so at least I won't have to deal with another return-- but I would never order from them again, and I hope my experience steers others away from ordering too. Way way way too much hassle!"

STAY AWAY, does not even deserve 1 star!

"TERRIBLE customer service and company. First , i receive a failed transaction notification for an order placed on 10th January but the order is actually charged to my account. We are the 31st January and I have never received the goods. I am in Canada, it takes 3 weeks to ship from the US to here? customer service is clueless as to what happened and yet they have not paid me back.
Then I was stupid enough to re-issue another order on the 27th Jan (I actually did not know that the former one went through as I did NOT received a shipment notification), that one was apparently authorized twice on my credit card and despite me paying for the express delivery service, the order was processed on standard delivery basis. I've decided to refuse delivery of the same and get my money back.
Will NEVER order with this company again!

"My first time buying from this place and I was VERY impressed. I was initially apprehensive because of all the bad customer service reviews, but they were really a great place to do business with. I had a complicated return. One item needed to be exchanged and one needed to be refunded. Based on everything I read about this place I thought I was going to be in for an uphill battle, but they handled the return/exchange promptly and flawlessly! I will definitely be shopping here again!!!! Thank you."
