"Just bought a ton of items from Swim N Save USA and i could not be happier! I paid about half of what i would have in a local store and delivery faster than they originally quoted!Joe was awesome when handling my orders and knew everything about pools. Even helped me stop a small leak in my pool without having to empty it! Anyone looking for a real pool company with great products should shop here!"

"Avoid. I've ordered a few things from them. They offer low prices and I've received items quickly enough. In one case I got the wrong item. I've left emails and calls that are not returned. I finally got through to a live person once who promised to send me an RMA # by email. That email, of course, never came, and I'm back to being greeted by an answering machine immediately. "

"CUSTOMER SERVICE NON-EXISTENT.

Ordered five items from stock on 5/7; given 7-10 day shipping estimate.

About Two weeks later (5/25, inquired about order. No reply. Almost a month later (6/1), received emails stating my order was shipped. Oddly, two packages arrived the next morning (6/2).

Upon opening the poorly packaged shipments, I noted that two item (including the most expensive item) was not included. I sent email to the Customer service department. Again, no reply.

Another week later (6/8), I received a padded envelope with the small part enclosed, but not the most expensive item. Once again (6/10), I notified the company, no reply.

Oddly, I received confirmation email on the 14th for order received on the 8th.

I have sent multiple emails to the company requesting completion of my order.

To this date, I still have not received a courtesy of a reply.

I strongly recommend against ordering online from this company.

UPDATE (as of 10/20)
The company complained in email to me of 10/13 that my review was somehow immoral. IMHO, filing a BBB complaint and posting accurate reviews is not immoral and was exactly dictated by the situation.

On 10/19, I received the missing part and the order is now complete.

"This company is GREAT! First, the website navigation made it easy for my to find just what i was looking for. Second, they have a good variety of products available, some of witch are hard to fined. Third, the pricing was Amazing! I live in California and its my understanding that this company is out in Florida. I looked everywhere for a Sta-Rite Posi-Clear RP 200 Sq. Ft. Cartridge Filter and even with the most expensive shipping they provide i was able to save about $400, that's no joke! And lastly, the shipping time was over all like 8 days and it had a holiday weekend right in the middle. My product is working great and i am very satisfied with my business with this company. I would definitely recommend to friends and family."

"The price quoted in Google Shopping did not include shipping which put them as having the best price, but shipping was added later. The item was out of stock for over a week. When it did finally arrive, they had shipped a no-name generic product rather than what I ordered. I tried to call 3X; they answered once. They do not respond to voice mails or emails. I will never order from swim n save again."

"Still have not received all of my order from Swim N Save USA. I have called multiple times and have always had to leave a message. I order many pool parts from other companies because we have 2 pools. I have never had problems with an online order from other suppliers. Swim N Save USA did have the best prices, but you get what you pay for. In my case, I got an incomplete order and poor customer support. I do not recommend doing businees with Swim N Save USA because you will definitely not "Save"."

"I ordered a pool pump in May from Swim N Save - as of 6/28 it has not arrived but I was charged for the pump. I had tried multiple times to contact them by phone - always busy and they did not return calls. Emails went unanswered. The online chat "customer service" person was defensive and offered no solutions. But after a week of frustration of trying them to do anything about the missing pump, it arrived.(it was originally sent to a wrong address by SNS). But they never provided any real assurance that they were working on the problem, no updates, no status, no effort to communicate. SNS needs to train their cusomer service reps in CUSTOMER SERVICE and COMMUNICATION."

"I ordered filters for our pool. The price was great and they were shipped in a timely manner. My only concern was with the representation of which filter manufacturer they would ship. I ordered Hayward Star-Clear 50 sq. ft. Cartridge (C500)
Manufacturer: Hayward. But I received the Pleatco PA 50 Filter. They both fit, I just thought since it said manufacturer Hayward, you should get Hayward's product, not Pleatco. They did have the best price on the web; so some times I guess you get what you pay for.

"Avoid this place at all costs. I placed an online order and received my order confirmation. I emailed them 3 weeks later after not receiving my order nor hearing anything further from them during this 3 week period. I received no response to this email, so after another week I tried to call during regular business hours. After spending several minutes in their auto phone answering Hades, my call was dumped to voice mail with no option to wait on a live person. I did finally get my money back (I paid through Paypal).

Edit to add for seller response: I absolutely did not "bybass 3 separate warnings". If they are there now, they were added later on. And even if a customer did, no legitimate business would let the order linger with no notice, refuse to respond to emails, not take calls, etc. Nor would a legit company violate my right to privacy in retaliation for a bad review. Thank you for confirming my review suggesting your business is one to be avoided was spot on.

I have no problem with you not shipping and you are simply trying to create a diversion. I do rightfully have a problem with no notice, no refund, no response to my contacts for approx a MONTH. A MONTH!! Your own policy states "Any Orders that otherwise cannot be fulfilled due to transportation restrictions will be cancelled, refunded immediately and the customer will be notified of such action with the requested contact method provided." Refunding in a month, and then only after I forced the issue, is "immediately"? Posting my real name is a violation of your and ResellerRatings privacy policy. All legit companies do not share personal info, and a real name is about as personal as it gets.

Update: The seller post in violation of privacy policy was removed by ResellerRatings. Actually I am not a bitter person, just one that expects good customer service. I've bought thousands of items online over the years, doing a lot of repeat business with many online businesses, and you point to only 6 negative reviews that are all spot on? And claim they are all the same story when only one was similar? How is complaining about spam, false promotions, paying for overnight shipping but not getting items for several days, etc in other cases even remotely similar to our complaint of Swim N Save USA? Would you like me to post our Paypal records and past sent emails backing up my claims for your reference.

I did however note a pattern of your claiming numerous bad reviews all similar to mine were all from competitors, but offering no proof that they were from competitors, I'd guess simply because the customers didn't bother to take the time to look up and enter an invoice number, which is an optional field on the review submission form.

"Do not order from Swim and Save. They state parts are in stocck, put they special order them Their 2 to 5 days really means 2 to 5 weeks. They do not answer the phone, and are dishonest about ship dates. They do not honor their own stated policies. Buyer beware. They will not except returns even when the issue is theirs (late shipment)"
