"There is no Seller Protection at all. It seems like when a buyer makes a large purchase their CC info and account gets used for another purchase then that one gets a Chargeback for Unauthorized use. This has happened to me twice so far as a Seller for $1750. I quit selling on their platform.

"I sent a message to one of Bonanza sellers named EconoFashion but he/she ignored my message and never responded to my question. Bad and professional seller who knows nothing about customer service. "

"Why does Bonanza play this game where one cannot submit a request to see where your product is unless it's been 2 weeks since your order?

Then when you finally are able to submit a request, Bonanza gives you the run around saying they will contact the seller and for you (the Customer) to contact the seller. Which lands you (the customer) ultimately to a dead end of no replies and no resolution from Bonanza nor the Seller.

When you ask for a refund because the products were never delivered, you get a another run around where they state they cannot refund you because they used Stripe to run the visa payments through, and they can't work with Stripe to refund you.

Bonanza tells you to dispute the charge with your bank which is not a guarantee ever and when one files a dispute of the charge they put a hold on your Visa. Bonanza is extremely unprofessional and terrible customer service and quite dishonest as Bonanza and their sellers ultimately keep your money on their end and you're left empty handed.

I feel a business (like Bonanza) should not send the funds to their Sellers (their contracted with) until the product(s) has either been sent with a tracking # showing shipped or delivered to the customer.

It should not be the customers responsibility to handle accounts payable/receivable with the Sellers that are contracted with Bonanza.

Feeling Bonanza should have a better business model and procedures than this.

Feeling Bonanza should hold the funds and not send the funds to the Seller until the product is at least shipped with a tracking #.

Feeling this is a poor poor business model with poor procedures that only protect them, which hurts their customers so very much.

There is a way to refund the customer through Stripe as many of us have purchased products from many companies that use Stripe and those companies refunded us with no delays nor issues. If one signs into Stripe you can find all the procedures on how a company can issue their customers a refund.

So I feel this privacy excuse is not valid, I feel Bonanza doesn't want to pay Stripe the processing fees to issue one a refund.

At least Bonanza should send a check for the refund to the customer, but that might have fees as well for Bonanza, so I think the customer will be hurt no matter what.

"I was sold fraudulent items from one of their sellers. As a company they offer ZERO customer support and tell you to work it out with the seller, despite the fact that I was deceived and sold items that were not as listed. After countless emails between the myself and the company and myself and the seller I was able to get a refund for the fraudulent items. I had to pay over $25 in shipping out of my own pocket to return the items. I do not recommend shopping with this service, they provide no support should a transaction go wrong. Many hours and dollars wasted on my end. I would give zero starts if I could."
