"Ordered on 9/28, 3 sets of faucet handles. All showed in stock on that day. One set was delivered on 9/30. The other two (different part numbers) were not in the same package. I called them early on 10/1 and told them I had a plumber coming on 10/3. The lady I spoke to told me she didn't know why they didn't all ship together, but would check. She told me I would hear back from her before EOD on 10/1. I got an email late on 10/1 telling me the other handles had been shipped, with no explanation. Here I sit on 10/5 and no sign of the other handles arriving. The tracking info just shows "In transit". Why were they not shipped when showing 12 in stock on 9/28? Why no explanation? "
