I selected that option and was contracted 4 days later that you could not ship to a P.O. Box. I emailed a street address and requested overnight or two day shipping. That request was not honored and I may lose this job based on these delays."

"I have used SUPPLY.COM before and have been very pleased with every part of the process. I have yet to have my current purchase installed so it is premature to give a rating. I was asked to open my package and inspect within 24 or 48 hours of receivership. I did but little good it will do me until a professional has a look and installs the fixture. I think that part of the process is a bit much for your average consumer, typically they are only purchasing the item not always installing, so taking inventory and inspecting and insuring for all the parts, etc should not be for your customer but for the professionals who are installing. We can't always let you know how you did until we get to that point. Typically you get everything ahead of your start date so everything is ready and available as you install. "
