"Stay away from this company. Their Customer Service is HORRIBLE. They do NOT ship same day, and they do NOT provide the promised 2 or 3 day shipping. Their CS people do not return calls. When I finally got on chat and said I was going to file a complaint with the BBB, they called and were extremely condescending. I would NEVER do business with this company again. There are too many reputable companies out there to do business with this pathetic place."

"I order two 51X HP cartridges for a LaserJet P3005 printer. The first one indicated it needed replacement right after it was installed - they didn't put a new microchip on the cartridge when they "rebuilt" it. I put in the second cartridge and it came up with a memory error. Two cartridges neither one was usable. I contacted their support email and received no response. I opened a case with the Nevada Better Business Bureau. These people do not know how to rebuild printer cartridges and they don't stand behind them when they don't work."

"Like others, I ordered a quad pack for my Brothers 9840cdw. Toner arrived quick enough, but the black was DOA upon arrival and the magenta stopped working two days later after simply sitting from the initial test pages. Called them and was told I would get an RMA email. It never arrived. Emailed and got no response. Finally had to do a charge-back and am in the process of that right now. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!"

"I ordered cartridges for my Brother MFC 9840-CWD. I did not install for a month or so waiting for the originals to completely empty. When I started using them the black cartridge was dumping toner all along the edges of the paper. I would clean it up and it would do it again. The color was no where as vivid as the original cartridges. I called, emailed and chatted. Finally got a return receipt for the black and sent it back 5 weeks ago. I have had no response and no credit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! BUYER BEWARE!!"

"I made an order on Monday, December 12, order number 182009. I made the order at about 7 p.m.

But I double checked and quickly realized that part of my order was incorrect.

By about 12:30 a.m. of Tuesday, December 13, before the order could ship, I e-mailed to say not to ship part of the order. I also tried to call, but could reach no one.

I then called first thing in the morning to follow up. They said that the order had already shipped. I asked for a return shipping label because I had cancelled the order before it shipped. They refused.

This is not right. I cancelled the order before it shipped and I should not be charged shipping and handling to return the order that shipped after I cancelled it.

"The only thing I can say good about this company is they have prompt delivery. Otherwise, this company has the worst remanufactured cartriges on the market and freely throws together cartriges from different suppliers (which results in horrendous color reproduction on the paper). "

"Terrible customer service, as evidenced by the head of customer service hanging up on me without confirming the resolution. Our office ordered a four-pack of toner for our HP network printer. Someone yanked one wrong cartridge off the shelf at the warehouse. Upon figuring this out, I was told they would overnight a replacement but I had to take the wrong one to a FedEx center. Two days later and the replacement was never sent, though I did go out of my way to return the wrong cartridge. "

"I ordered a set of cartridges for my Brother MFC 9320CW. I put the cartridges in a month later. Recently discovered that the Magenta is leaking all over inside. I have emailed these people twice and went on their chat once just to be told that I would have to call. I use email due to a hearing problem. Not backing up their product - not responding to email - you do not want to do business with this company."

"I purchased a quad pack of ink from SuppliesOutlet.com and the black cartridge was an already used cartridge - totally empty ad left me completely hanging for a big print job for a festival. Called to resolve the issue - asked for a black cartridge to be overnighted to arrive Saturday, but they said they had to charge me for the cartridge and would not refund my money until they received the return back. Customer service was poor as well. I had to call four times in a row to speak to someone in customer service. I let it ring and got voicemail the first three times. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that the manager was not there. I will not be purchasing from here in the future. "

"I ordered a toner cartridge on 3/14/2011. It was good for about or approximately 50 pages and all of a sudden it printed out so dirty. Ink smudge all over the page. I am waiting for their response to my warranty claim and will keep you all informed how they will handle the warranty."
