I purchased two cartridges of TN660 plus shipping costs are still less than purchasing one at a nearby Stables. I order a cartridge every year and have never had a problem in the past five years I have been dealing with them. Specific instructions come with the cartridge and they always work well. "Ordered twice a 10 pack of ink cartridges. First time the yellow cartridge was missing, but not knowing if I miss placed it, or it didn't come with the order, I ordered a second. Sure enough, the second order was short the yellow cartridge. I called customer service, which was like talking to kindergartner! I gave them my order # and the item number, she still wanted more numbers. After three emails, she told me that her supervisor would get hold of me on Monday. Today is end of Tuesday, no call. In the mean time I am unable to print because one ink tank, the missing yellow one is out. This has been going on for almost a month now. It's false advertising at it's worst and the customer service is horrendous. They just want your money, nothing else. Proud to give them the finger and move on. Be ware, don't do business with this so called company."

"Been dealing with them for years, and now that my Rep left the company, its been a mess since, multiple products dont work, error codes ,No one knows who my new Rep is, I have been dealing with warranty issues on my end alot more now than ever before.

"I've had relatively good luck with these cartridges for the last few years. A few weeks back my color pages started developing vertical blue streaks on the right hand side of every page. I cleaned everything that I could think of in the printer but the streaks still continued. I finally did an online search and saw that the toner cartridge was most likely the culprit.
I then contacted suppliesoutlet.com and they had me send them some info along with the status page for the printer cartridges. They admitted it was a toner cartridge problem but would not warranty the cartridge because the status page showed that the blue cartridge was half gone....well of course its half gone because its printing blue streaks on every page that comes out of my printer.
It is unbelievable that a company would risk loosing a repeat customer over a cartridge that probably costs suppliesoutlet about $5 to make. Very disappointing."

"I have been using their cartridges for years with no issue. We started getting streaks across the page and replaced the Cyan cartridge and this fixed the issue. I printed out the Supplies Status and it showed the cartridge was at 40% with 900 pages still to print. They would not replace the cartridge stating that the "cartridge is consumed" and "normally it will show signs of defectiveness shortly after install". They went on to send me a form letter that I guess they fill in the blanks stating, "Due to Patent Laws compatible manufacturers have to use a compatible chip on cartridges. Printer manufacturers want you purchasing the OEM cartridges at a much higher price, so, they install updates which prevent the toner levels from reading correctly." I don't buy this explanation because the other cartridges we purchased from them showed the toner level all the way down to 1 bar before printing was degraded, not blank lines across the page. They said if it did not work they would give me a full refund. Not sure I like using non-genuine ink but they did what they said they would do. "

"I started using Supplies Outlet last year because of their participation in the Ebates Program. The Ebates site says you get credit the same day on your order. Never did. Always had to ask for credit. My last purchase in November was for about 750.00 because of being able to get the Ebate of 20% on the purchase. They still have not reported the purchase to Ebates so that I receive credit. The only reason I was ordering from them was for the Ebate of normally 10%, with this particular order being a 20% due to a promotion. This is definately a "bait and switch" with them. in 2017 I ordered almost 5,000.00 in ink/toner, so it's not that i only purchased small amounts. "Don’t be lured in by the huge savings on HP inkjet toner. I ordered 1 laser toner cartridge to try them out. It was ok, but didn’t last as long. Since then, I have ordered several inkjet toner cartridges for two different printers and every one has failed! Several leeked and a few couldn’t be recognized by the HP printer.
Of course, because I was stocking up when I went to use them it was after the 60 day guarantee. Very disappointed, the great savings turned into wasted dollars! "

It was worst customer service as I'm Being told By them that it was that one cartridge that was bad after long wait and shipped me another same cartridge .
