Very Reliable Company that Delivered Quickly and in Perfect Condition

"We ordered a tall bookshelf from Super Warehouse. The order was placed on a Monday holiday weekend, yet the shelf was delivered on Tuesday morning! It was shipped by a trucking company that knows how to transport these types of tall and heavy items. (Some merchants ship with UPS or the like and I have seen customer reviews complaining that the shipper damaged their item.) This company delivered exactly what we ordered, in perfect condition, very quickly, and at an excellent price. What more can you ask for? "

Better than expected.

"I found a reception desk cheaper than anywhere else online. Ordered it on a Monday and it was delivered by a truck the next day, and that was free shipping. Nothing in it was damaged. I couldn't be happier. I was a little hesitant because of ResellerRatings reviews and almost paid more to go through Walmart. Then I checked Walmart's ratings and other companies that I frequently buy from and realized that most of the people are on here to complain. I'm sure this site is still helpful, but I can guarantee Super Warehouse isn't a scam at least. "

Fast Shipping for one Whiteboard (not for business)

"I found super warehouse while looking for a whiteboard to install in my room and they offered by far the cheapest one for that size. I unexpectedly received the order the next day and installed it. The board had no damage and the instructions were very clear. For the price, it can not be beaten. I can not speak for business owners, but if you are looking to buy something for yourself I would definitely recommend their service. "

I encounter issues with customer service in businesses we represent every day.

"In my capacity as CEO, I encounter issues with customer service in businesses we represent every day. So, I feel I’m well qualified to speak to inadequacies when I see them – especially when my money is involved. Well, I just had an experience with an American company, Sales Warehouse, that spoke volumes about why some US businesses are struggling. It’s the people they hire. When you run a business focused on selling products to the consumer, it doesn’t matter whether they’re right or wrong. In the end, if they’re not right then you’re out of business – guaranteed. That means hiring customer service representatives that lie, manipulate, and finger-point is all but useless in ecommerce. That means when a customer calls, you do all you can to alleviate their concerns and make the situation better for them – no matter what you have to do to do it.

When I order a desk from a company, and even go so far as calling to get the details directly from their staff before pressing go, I expect to get what I pay for when I was told it would be delivered. That doesn’t mean I wait for a week with nothing only to call in and be told I could have the driver’s phone number. The driver? So, I’m expected to do their logistics and communicate with their contractor? No, that’s not how business operates. So, after telling Sales Warehouse they’d have to do their job, I get a call the today informing me that their driver delivered the desk to the complex, but was told by a manager that the address didn’t exist. Now, the manager of the apartment wasn’t here that day and they have no recollection of anyone asking for this apartment. And, this was yesterday, so I’m sure they’d remember. But, no, Dawn – the customer service manager, no less – tells me that it happened and it’s now my fault the desk isn’t here. The call became so heated that my staff was concerned. It didn’t help that she laughed at my frustration or acted as if a refund made everything all better.

When she hung up on me, I called back and was answered by a man named Dennis who, when I told him of my interaction, said, and I quote, “I sit right next to her and heard the call. She wasn’t rude.” Yes, that’s right. An employee in customer service told me he was listening in to my call and knew enough to be judge and jury. So, he wouldn’t help me at all. In fact, his attitude made it worse. What company anywhere can stay in business with people like this handling their already irate customers? What business can do business when their people twist the truth and deceive? If it’s Sales Warehouse I can only imagine they’ll be under in less than a year – especially with people like Dennis and Dawn working for them in their current roles. I wouldn’t allow them to come within 20 miles of a customer and would imagine their skills would be put to better use as janitors. Trash doesn’t expect professional behavior or truthfulness, respect or fair dealing.

After the way I was treated, it’s no wonder they have so many terrible reviews and it’s become my personal mission, and that of my entire staff, to ensure this company never does this to anyone else. We’ll be placing reviews and warnings to consumers everywhere the internet allows. We know all the places our reviews will make a difference. Rest assured, shopping public, we’ll not rest until every consumer out there is at least fairly warned about Sales Warehouse and their terrible treatment of paying customers. There are too many alternatives that deserve your business. Thinking you’ll save a few bucks buying from this scam operation isn’t worth the headaches you’ll get dealing with the likes of Dawn and Dennis. Trust me when I say no savings is worth an experience with Sales Warehouse. You’re better off burning your money.

Horrible customer service

"Purchased a projector screen which ended up being the wrong one (1 letter being different). Not sure if they gave me the wrong number before ordering or it was my mistake. They want me to pay shipping back, and along with that won’t match price from several other companies on the correct product.
I wouldn’t purchase from them ever again even if they were priced way lower than anyone else. A a military war vet. They don’t offer discounts and don’t seem to care about customer service.

Super fast delivery and much cheaper!

"I look for a receptionist desk for months that was under $1000 and I found a great desk here for less than half the price of all the other retailers and it is very good quality and still functional to this day no problems! And was delivered the next day after I ordered it I was really surprised I continue to search this site for my office supply needs."

Worst seller!!

"Ordered on 24th today is 1st of next month no update. When I email them they said the name is different on credit card but billing address and shipping same. They haven't emailed me or call about any update just charge my car $496 and sleeping. "

Suprised by the bad reviews

"Had I seen the bad reviews I probably would not have ordered from them, but I needed a new desk and file cabinet for under it and their price beat AMAZON by almost $100. I totally expected the shipping to take a week, but to my surprise the desk arrived the next day. For my only order from them so far, I have to give them an A+ for price and shipping. "

If I had read all the negative reviews . . .

"If I had read all the negative reviews I would've thought twice, but sometimes a person has to go it on their own and see what happens. Although, by the look of things it's extremely rare, I'm happy with them. I've ordered toner cartridges and other printer consumables totaling over $6000 from Superwarehouse for over four years, and rarely have had issues. If there have been any, I've received prompt cooperation--and my product in good order, in good time. They don't have the cheapest prices, but I'm a loyal customer if I get what I need on a consistent reliable basis. "

Very shady business practices

"I placed an order for 2 UPS devices from Super Warehouse on 10/4. 3 hours later the order was canceled. Upon inquiring as to why it was canceled they pointed me to their terms and conditions noting it has further information about pricing errors. I searched the terms and conditions for the word "pricing" and "errors" and there were zero hits so I asked them again. They copied and pasted a section of the terms and conditions, which again did not list the words "pricing" or "errors" so I asked them again and they responded that it does mean they can can change them after an order has been placed (even though it does not say that). Sure, if they want to change website prices, they have every right to do that as a business but nothing in their terms and conditions says they can cancel an order after it has been placed because they just feel like changing the price. When somebody buys something, they buy it, the reseller sells it. Well, not these people.

HIGHLY recommend staying away from these jokers. Too bad zero star is not an option.

"We have had nothing but struggles. Items ordered were damaged. Returned. Would not give credit for returned items. Now they are no longer answering calls always go to voicemail. We have been given nothing but the run around. If I could I would give them a 0 start rating - but it does not allow me to. "

Can't go lower than 0? Too bad!

"Monday will mark the third week of waiting for my desk...the customer support is rude and uncaring and the shipping companies they rely on are even worse.

The price of the desk i was interested in seemed like a really great value for what it was and i was really to get it...3 weeks later, after being told it would only take a couple days to get to me...i could not be more disappointed in this horrible company.

Just hope i even get my desk...someday.

DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAM ARTISTS!

"Be very careful when ordering from these people, Dawn Hobbs at 1-***-***-**** ****@**** will make her customers pay for their employees mistakes! I have been buying things here a few times over the past year and I have had two issues. Once the shipping took two weeks longer than they said it would and then this time I called their customer support before making a purchase about a phone headset purchase I was wanting to make. I asked VERY specific questions as to whether this device that I was buying was all I would need to use the headset. The employee at Super Warehouse stated several times that it was all that i needed, even looking up my phone model number. So I went ahead and bought it and when it arrived the invoice said "spare headset"...thinking it was a mistake I called them and let them know that they did not sent the rest of the device. At that time they stated that the base was sold as a set and that I had purchased only the headset with the help of their employee. I asked to buy just the base separately and they said this was not possible, that I would need to buy the set. I asked them to price match another online seller or a local store since their price was much more and they said no. So I asked them (Dawn) to send a shipping label and she said we will need to pay for the return shipping costs because their policy is to only pay for shipping for a damaged product, not for one their employee incorrectly said was complete and ready for use. Upon further review of this company I SHOULD have known better because they have a 1.8 out of 10 rating! This is worse than I expected but I see a lot of horrible reviews and I will be submitting this business to the Better Business Bureau, Yelp, and any other way I can find to warn people of this companies scandalous behaviors! So not only are they charging me to send their product back, they are also charging a 15% re-stocking fee because they screwed up! I am warning you, PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CORRUPT PEOPLE!!!!! "
