"This was the 3rd Xmas in a row that I ordered from Super Jeweler. The price and product were excellent and the previous 2 years the package arrived on the 24th. This year I ordered a custom product from a stone I furnished that they received on the 11th. I was told that I could expect it to arrive on the 23rd. On the 17th I received an email that the item would ship in 24 hours. For the next few days I was given the run around. Finally on Sunday the 22nd I was told that the package was ready to ship and that I would receive it on the 24th. ^pm on the 23rd I was told that the package did not ship. As you can imagine my girlfriend was pretty upset when her gift didn't arrive. If I ever use Super Jeweler again, which at this point is highly unlikely, I will never pre-pay the order. "

"The whole experience from ordering to receiving the ring, was smooth. I appreciated the constant updates about where the ring was in the process, was reassuring. As promised it was here in time for Christmas. Because I chose yellow gold, the ring matched well with earrings and a necklace I already have; the yellow gold also made the diamonds appear brighter and a better colour. I was satisfied with the clarity as the stones were not large enough to show any inclusions. The ruby was a nice colour, not pale as some are. The sole reason for the 4, not 5 stars, was that the ring is smaller (in terms of stone size), than the picture indicates, even measuring with other stones I have, it was difficult to get a sense of the size. Good job! "
