The replacement pair didn’t include the cleaning solution and polishing cloth (which I returned with the original pair). Despite everything, I do like my earrings."

"I ordered what I was told to be a brand new half carat black diamond earring last month. For starters, it shipped over a week later than the shipping I originally paid for. After finally receiving the earring, I went to get my other ear pierced and use it to replace a prior piercing. I was shown that the earring was used and fake!!! I will never purchase jewelry online and also considering contacting legal representation. I have pictures to back my claim. This could've been a very dangerous situation had the jeweler not have noticed it before replacing my prior piercing. On top of it all, I had to pay to have a fake earring cleaned and sanitized prior to placing it in my ear! "

"I ordered a bracelet and an engagement ring from super jewelers. Both items were beautiful and great value. The ring took almost a month to come in and communication was negligible at best. I even communicated with someone by chat who assured me that my ring was being shipped that day or the next. It shipped a week and a half later. Great products they just need to work on their communication."

"I couldn’t reach a live representative on the phone for 2 weeks. I ordered via chat and when their were no updates regarding the ring, had to use chat again as no one had returned my call from 24 hours before. On the third chat I almost cancelled the ring, fearing this company was not legitimate. That person on the chat was very helpful, called me immediately and had the shipping done through Fed Ex. It did require a signature, which I felt safer with that the 2nd guy in the chat who said no signature was needed. The ring finally arrived and it is beautiful, but the customer service was poor until I spoke to the last representative. "
