"I ordered the following item: AUTHENTIC 30 oz Yeti Rambler Tumbler Mug Cup with Lid / Silver Color / USA Seller - Ships Fast! on 11/24/17. I was told it shipped, but it never came. I contacted the seller via email on 12/12/17 and was told it appeared to have been lost in delivery, so a complaint would be logged with the shipping company and if not resolved in a few days a replacement would be sent and definitely arrive before Christmas. It never came. I again sent numerous emails and included my dissatisfaction with the company and customer service and told them I wanted my replacement sent or a refund. I also tried to call several times (but only an answering machine picks up). I finally received an email response on 1/3/18 with the exact response as before and that a replacement would be sent within the week. I have sent yet another email on 1/10/18 requesting my replacement or refund and it is now 1/17/18 and I have not heard back, have not received a replacement or a refund. This is incredibly poor business and I will never do business with them again and would suggest no one else do business with them either."

It did not ship super fast at all. It took almost 2 months to arrive.
When it arrived it was fake. the bottom cover fell off. I ordered this to save about $10 over new and get a gift early. well instead of getting a good deal on a product i wanted... I paid $20 for a piece of trash.
I contacted them to get a refund. they said they will not accept returns over 60 days. ok well it took about 60 days to get to me... and that does not fix the issue of selling fraudulent products now does it...

Contacted them numerous times to get my money back, with no response. Luckily, I ordered both items through Walmart's online store, and ultimately Walmart refunded me the money for both orders. Walmart contacted them, and it was only after that supergooddeals replied to one of my emails. I was told that USPS is a little slow. This was a full month after I ordered my phone chargers.
