"Sham or rather scam!
I too ordered and never received my items I was charged for.
They gave me a fake tracking number also.
I have repeatedly left them VMs and several emails and no response in over several days.
There is one physical address its a USPS in Staten Island, NY and the other physical address ( a short distance away ) is a storage facility operated and independently own by a different company.
SCAM.

they send you shipping label but never shipped out. this vendor was recommended by "techbargains" and i think they might be fraud too."

"I ordered three YETI tumblers from this company in the beginning of May 2019. It took about 3 weeks to receive the product. Upon further inspection these tumblers were FAKE! The serial numbers at the bottom of the cups were way too long (the numbers are 8 digits long not 10 or 12 digits). And there was no YETI paperwork inside the cup and none around the cup. I emailed Kevin a few days after receiving and he told me they were "Authentic", clearly he is a liar. He then explains that in order to save on shipping he takes off the YETI paper on the outside of the cup and also takes out the paperwork inside the cup but replaces it with a coupon to shop on his site again. At this point I realize I am dealing with a liar i am dealing with an idiot. He proceeds to tell me that in order to return the cups I need to spend $10.00/cup for shipping. Not sure where he goes to mail items but I went to USPS and it cost me $8.00 total to return all three cups. In the meanwhile I contact the BBB and let them know of the situation I stop talking to Kevin and i send screenshots of everything that I returned along with the receipt with the tracking number on it so he can keep an eye on when he receives it and the BBB has record of it. Kevin then gives BBB an address on where to return the items after I have already shipped them to the address listed on the site. Similar to the one on the site but a different PO BOX. I explained to the BBB that I returned the cups to the address listed on the site and I also took a screenshot of that. A few days later I received my refund and about 4 weeks after that I received these YETI tumblers back because Kevin never picked them up. I send another email to BBB and to Kevin explaining I am not paying to resend these cups and if I am charged again I will get lawyers involved. So far I have not been charged and the cups are currently collecting dust on my basement floor.

"I ordered a curling iron clear back in December and I never ever got it. They said theyd provide a refund but i still havent gotten the damn thing. I have been beyond patient. I havent received timely responses and it feels like they beat around the bush when they do respond.
