"Ordered Maytronics part number 9980703 on 4/18/24. Website said it was in stock, "Usually Ships Within 1 Business Day". Got an email on 4/19 saying it was backordered until late May. At the time of this writing on 4/20 the website still says the part is in stock.

"I ordered a spa filter cartridge and within a half hour, realized it was the wrong one. I tried to contact the company to cancel it, and no one answered the phone. I emailed them three times with no response. Then, I searched their website about how to cancel an order and contacted customer service using the form on the website. Again, no response from the company.
I've called every day since I placed the order, and there's no one answering the phone. This is the worst customer service I have experienced. I will be disputing the payment on my credit card and will not use Sunplay again."
