"I ordered parts for a client. They took the money (Almost $600) I Waited a week. Got an email after 8 days saying they couldn't complete the order because I didn't pass some fraudulent bs then told me my order was canceled! Still haven't received my refund yet!

"I ordered a part for my pool pump, the website said the item was in stock and clearly stated it would shop in 5-7 days. I assumed this meant 5-7 business days. I received an order confirmation email right away, again stating it would ship in 5-7 days and I would be notified when my item left. After 10 days (8 business days) I still had not received notification, I sent an email politely asking for the status of my order. I received a reply a few hours later that simply said “UPS” and included a tracking number. No “hello sir, thank you for your order, it’s in progress, etc”, just simply said “UPS”. The following day I received an official email saying my item had shipped. Maybe it’s a coincidence, but I find it very convenient that my order was all of a sudden ready to ship as soon as I inquired about it. I chose Sunplay because they offered a good price, and shipping about the same as other suppliers. I would probably order from them again, although their customer service could use a bit of work."

"Sunplay had the exact part for my pool filter. Sunplay had the lowest price. Standard delivery promised delivery in 5-7 days. The part arrived in 2 days. This was unexpected and amazing. I could not run my filter without the part so arriving in 2 days was a life saver. The packaging could have been better. The box was too small causing a piece stick out of the box and no bubble wrap. Otherwise could not be happier. "

"My part, Mastertemp 125 heater manifold kit, was defective. I called for support, 2 days after receiving my part, and was told I’d have to work that out with the manufacturer. Not one drop of help or concern over my purchase. They do not care. I’ll never buy from them again and I will spread the word to anyone I know with a pool. Also, as a pool tech myself, I was trained by Pentair. So I know a little about what I’m speaking. Good luck."
