Stone Mihal from Sunlighten is THE BEST!!!

"I want to say that since the Sunlighten saunas are in high demand, it did take a few months to receive it, which is not a big deal since we'd rather have to wait for the best quality products.

Our unit arrived a yesterday, and we were able to have our contractor to assemble it for us.

Fortunately for me, I had to call in for a little assistance with their onboard tablet. I had the pleasure of speaking to Stone Mihal, who was able to resolve the matter within 1-2 minutes. That in itself was superb!

On top of that, since we had spent so much with them, he had spent an additional 5-10 minutes preparing a care package for us. That was TOTALLY unexpected and TRULY made our day.

Therefore, if you're on the fence about whether to go with Sunlighten saunas, trust that you've landed on their site and THIS review for a reason.

Since I was referred to the Sunlighten brand by a business partner who had also invested in the exact same eMPOWER model, for me it was a no-brainer! But if I could be of help to anyone on whether to choose their sauna... please know that you won't be disappointed.

"I bought a used Sunlighten and after about a year I had a heater stop working. Called in, and within 5 minutes, Noah was able to help me fix the issue and had a part shipped directly to me! Thanks so much! Noah is Awesome!"

LOVE MY SUNLIGHTEN!

"I have been using my Sunlighten Solo unit for about 3 years and absolutely LOVE IT! I use it 3-5 times a week, year round and especially enjoy it during the cooler weather months. The sauna is excellent for overall wellness, relaxation, detox, and stress management. I recently had an electrical issue with one of the power cords and Noah at customer service was able to resolve my issue immediately. If you are considering treating yourself to any Sunlighten sauna I encourage you to do so as it will be a wonderful addition to your health and wellness regimen! "

Great Product

"Sunlighten has an amazing patented product that my family and I use everyday. I was told that Sunlighten has the best saunas available and it is truly top of the line. Their customer care team is also tier 1 amazing. I have worked with Nelson recently on getting my sauna up and running and he did such an outstanding job catering to what I needed. I highly recommend this company for those who are in the market for a new sauna."

Sunlighten solo spa

"This past winter I bought the highly acclaimed solo spa and have been beyond pleased with the results of regular usage. I chose the portable spa because it takes up much less space than the bigger ones and also required almost zero installation. A couple weeks ago after much use, one of the wires connecting the dome to the control unit came loose. I contacted Sunlighten and spoke with Noah about it. I was beyond surprised at the end result of the phone call. Sunlighten has an upgraded version of the solo spa and Noah is sending me AT NO CHARGE a new dome and control unit!!!! I was beyond shocked at the customer service!! Unbelievable!! And then to top it off, I had lost my remote during a move for the lights on the spa and asked if I could purchase the remote and Noah is sending me a remoter free of charge. I can't say enough about this company. There are alot of choices out there for infrared spas, so you might want to highly consider SUNLIGHTEN!!!!"

Won't honour warranty

"Bought a sauna in 2015 from Chinook Saunas in Ottawa and was very happy with it until the glass door literally exploded, while I was in it
It fractured into thousands of pieces. The only way I could get out of the sauna was to push on the door handle. Fortunately all the glass pieces fell outwards rather than into the sauna. I had to walk on a towel over the glass shards to get out. Frightening actually, and dangerous.
Sunlighten refuses to honour the five year warranty saying the glass is not covered but their warranty material says nothing about the glass being excluded. Plus, it's not a sauna without the glass door. The warranty covers the whole thing.
Chinook Saunas in Ottawa has been very slow to deal with this matter and I really feel stuck and unfairly treated. I paid a lot of money for this sauna, it's within the 5 year period and Sunlighten should provide a new door at no cost and Chinook should install it, also at no charge.
If anyone has a suggestion about how I might get this matter resolved, I would appreciate hearing from you. It's Art at: ****@****

Top Notch Customer Service

"Andrew M. was my Sunlighten Rep who helped me with issues with my Android Control Panel. And he was phenomenal!! I purchased my mPulse aSpire on 9/25/2017. After my husband and I put it together, I noticed the Android Control Panel was very slow. Also, it would not update certain programs, and several error messages would appear. It seemed there were several bugs with it. I initially used the sauna a few times, but life got in the way, and I went months without using it. Recently, I started using it again, and contacted Andrew at Sunlighten to help me fix the problems I was having with my panel. Andrew was awesome (I named him Awesome Andrew!). Andrew walked me through everything. Although it took hours, he stuck with me and helped me fix all of the problems. In the end, it appeared there was a problem with my ACP, and so he sent a new one out and I had it within 2 days! I installed it, and everything is great. Andrew was very responsive to my calls and emails. He was also very patient with me. I am NOT a techy-whiz person, but Andrews instructions were clear and concise, and we were able to fix all of the issues. This is a rare find in customer service, in my experience. I love my sauna! And I'm left with the feeling that if any issues ever arise, I have someone I can call to get it fixed right away. Thank you Andrew, you're the BEST! "

Perfect for the entire family!!

"The sunlighten mPulse Believe has been a life saver for my entire family. Heaven and Health at HOME

"I am a bit OCD about research so I did a ton before purchasing a Sunlighten sauna. It's an investment for sure. I tried several types of units and kept coming back to the full spectrum infrared as being the most beneficial. Once purchased, I needed a bit of support from the company on a few issues. A bit of a snafu getting through (i guess they were moving their warehouse at the time) but once I got through to Ryan and had his direct contact info, my dealings were smooth as glass. Not only did he resolve every issue timely and professionally, he even unsold a couple accessories that I asked about. WHO DOES THAT? No upsell upsell, just really interested in HOW my family would be using the unit and what our actual needs would be. We invested in the resonance option, the chromotherapy option, the back rest and cushion. Couldn't be happier. My entire family uses this sauna five days a week or more, even the kids. I get a lot of questions about it and love sending out links on the benefits and letting friends try it out. Wish I'd made the investment years ago, but THRILLED now and I hope Ryan is with Sunlighten for a long time to come because my dealings with him have been painless and so fruitful. He's witty and funny and he KNOWS his merchandise and cares for his customers. FIve Stars was an easy call. "
