Both the customer service team and the sauna itself are awesome

"I've had my mPulse Believe for a few years now and I absolutely love it. My wife and I enjoy sauna sessions together. She says it really helps her skin stay soft, while I would say it re-energizes me after a long day at work. The media options really make a difference by helping pass the time quickly, and it's also beautiful piece of "furniture" to have in the house. Finally, I really appreciate Sunlighten's customer support team. Stone and Nelson have both been extremely helpful, and they are always more than happy to send out new parts to keep the sauna working and performing like new. I'm super thankful for your team, and plan on enjoying my sauna for many more years to come!"

"After being tragically and unexpectedly widowed in 2018, I knew my health would suffer from the resulting trauma and stress. My background and education in health, naturally led me to research a counter measure for this, and I learned about the benefits of infrared sauna. I researched and compared every brand on the market, finalizing my choice to purchase my MPulse. Sunlighten has impressed me beyond all the amazing preventatives and benefits I expected! Their customer service is amazing as well! Another great experience just today, as Noah graciously offered to send out a chromotherapy remote to replace mine, which I found melted under the floor of my sauna.
I have recommended Sunlighten to everyone I know (at least 2 have purchased as a result and are thrilled as well). I will continue to recommend Sunlighten, and with the anti-viral benefits I experienced during the Covid pandemic, I'm hoping to purchase a 2nd sauna for my employees to use.

Great customer service experience!

"Had an issue with my order and was pleasantly surprised by the extremely friendly and helpful customer rep Noah when I called the customer support line. He quickly was able to make the changes needed to more order and accurately route the shipment which I didn't even realize was wrong when I placed the order.

All around great customer service from Noah who provided the help I needed right away when I called in just a few minutes. He even contacted their distribution warehouse to help me get my device shipped out. Can't wait for my device to arrive!

Rolls Royce of saunas

"I love this brand and their products. I only endorse things I have tried and truly believe in. If you are looking for a sauna (or into good health in general) then your research should bring you to Sunlighten. They are the Rolls Royce of saunas. I bought my Solo sauna unit about 3 years ago and absolutely LOVE it! I did have some issues with the controls…but they resolved it hassle-free (and free of charge). I did a LOT of research when I was looking for a Far infrared sauna. Sunlighten technology is by far the best. I only had room for the portable solo sauna system…but if I had space and could afford it I would get the 3-in-1 unit. All of their saunas are great. I just order their LumanNir Wand too…and will update later with results on that. Malachi was the customer service rep who helped me. He was great and answered all the questions I had. They take their time with you and are VERY helpful. Total 5-star company for SURE! I honestly would NOT consider any other brand for saunas. "

Our SECOND Sunlighten Sauna is such a treat!

"Our SECOND Sunlighten Sauna is such a treat for our Asheville NC home! My husband and I splurged on an Impulse. It is awesome. The chromatography lights are truly beautiful and have amazing health benefits. It is in deed state of the art and I love the choice of programs to run- and have used them all. Plus, there is financing available which is very helpful.

Our FIRST Sunlighten Sauna, a Signature1 model, purchased 10 YEARS AGO, it has NEVER missed a beat- and I've moved it 4 times. My carpenter damaged it moving it last week ( it used to live in our greenhouse, now is proud to be in the new bathroom addition!) and broke the heat sensor.

Customer Service rep, Noah Bolesta WAS incredibly helpful. I send photos of the error notice and he walked me thru what to do. Awesome...my part comes in 2 days. I could not be happier. Mary Palmer Dargan, Cashiers & Asheville, NC
