" After waiting two weeks and no response, I never received my helmet. They never called or emailed me to let me know they over sold the item. When this has happened to me before, at least the snowboard shop was courteously enough to contact me and let me know what was going on. Now most shops have sold out of the helmet that was on sale. "I highly recommend that you stay away from the Sun and Ski website. They are dishonest and customer service takes too long to answer your concerns. We ordered a pair of Running Shoes for a Christmas Gift but the shoe just didn't fit. I ordered a 1/2 size bigger than normal but her feet feel over the top like muffin tops and the heel was too narrow. But the website doesn't offer free returns and the closest store is an hour away. I contacted customer service via chat. It took quite a while to get my "automated" answer. Yes, I know about the cost return shipping but I was going to exchange them. Again, another robot answer. Save yourself time and effort and avoid sunandski.com. I should have ordered from Amazon Prime!"
"Ordered an in stock item only to be told 2 days later that the item was not in stock. Also credit card was charged for said in stock item. I have yet to see a refund.
While dealing with customer service I received snarky sarcastic responses in response to legitimate questions about the order.
