Yes, it arrived quickly and on time, but DEFINITELY not in the condition it is supposed to be. It's honestly embarrassing to display items on since I don't want my customers to think anything negative based off of the look of the rack."

"I placed a small order and had a lot of trouble receiving it. Shortly after ordering I got an email saying I had to provide another address since they can’t deliver to my PO Box. I called the number and gave my home address and got a shipping notification with a tracking number shortly afterwards. I kept checking the tracking and after a week it was still showing “label created” and that FedEx had not received the package yet. I emailed the company and they refunded the shipping cost and re-sent the package along with a new tracking number, but this time they sent it to my PO Box. I looked on the FedEx site which said they do indeed deliver to PO Boxes but when the notification came that the package was delivered, it had a picture of my package sitting outside of someone’s garage. I made special trips to the post office the next three days and the package was not there, so I had to open a case with FedEx and contact the company again. It was resent a third time but this time it was sent to my physical address but with the zip code for my PO Box so I had to contact the company yet another time. The package did eventually arrive at my physical address in great shape and it is quality merchandise so everything turned out alright but it was a lot of hassle and took a lot longer than it should have. I do appreciate the shipping refund but overall it was not a great buying experience."

"Very fast delivery, 5 days after placing order. Unfortunately, some shipping damage to top of wooden frame (standing chalkboard sign to go in front of my store): a half-inch-deep, quarter-inch-wide gouge. The stability of the wooden frame does not appear to be compromised, however, so I am not going to bother sending it back."
"There was initially problems with the first shipment. I got the display for my wife. She doesn’t like it doesn’t want to use it. I have sent two emails requesting to return the order. I have not received any response. I’m willing to pay a modest restock charge. I assume they shipped from near Carlisle. I’m willing to drive them to the warehouse at my expense. I have all the original packaging, and two panels were never opened."

"First order for 2 70" full vision cases came. Delivery people never notified me they were here. Later, I discovered all the items laying in my front yard and 1 set of glass for the 2nd case no where to be found. They sent me out another glass, it came on a pallet wrapped in black. Took it to the shop and unwrapped, front glass was in a million pieces. Now they are sending me out another glass set. I know it isn't SSW fault, majority was shipper. IMHO id be looking for another shipper."
