" These folks do a great job. Timely emails that tell what I need to know, and what's happening next. As I had mentioned in my emails to them, I really appreciated the fair pricing and not getting gouged on shipping and handling. Some dealership pricing
is downright criminal. Because of all I have mentioned above, I will be ordering my oem parts from them. Now, I don't have to Google someone different every time I need a part.
So, thanks to all concerned for making my life a lot easier. My wife and I are both retired. We, like most, have to watch our spending. My wife also loves her 15 year old Golf, and there are just some parts that need to stay oem , if possible. When the original a/c clutch went out, I knew I wasn't going to put on a $36.00 clutch assembly. If the compressor was on top and accessible, it wouldn't be so bad...but it isn't. In this case, I had to get it right the first time, so oem and Stone Mountain came to mind. The reason for telling this story is that Stone Mountain was about $136.00 cheaper than most of the other dealerships. Some were a little less, but not by much.
What I'm saying is this. If you want to be treated well, receive fair pricing, and receive them in a timely manner (still Covid-19 delays), give these folks a chance.
