"I am replacing the carpet in my 1997 Tacoma. The original carpet is a light blue. I ordered "Blue", thinking it would be blue, right? WRONG!! It's Blue-Green, Teal, Aqua Blue, or whatever you want to call it. It looks like crap next to blue. The representative says "yeah, the blue does kinda have greenish tones to it"!
Now my options are to pay to ship it back at my expense! PLUS pay them another $40 dollars for MY mistake! "
"I'd seen good reviews on the brand of replacement carpet kit they carried for my Jeep Wrangle TJ. Cost was high, $234 with another $35 for padding, but compared to disappointed customers over cheaper options I decided to try it.
When I tried to checkout I was hit with a sales tax, then INCREDIBLY HIGH shipping fee. These 2 items added 30% to my order cost. I PROMPTLY CANCELLED and will seek other options. THAT IS RIDICULOUS!!!!"

I paid $28 for a headliner kit, and was charged more than half the cost of the kit for shipping, around $16. They need to work on providing some less expensive shipping options. I would certainly be willing to wait a while longer to get my merchandize if it meant that I would be charged a little less for shipping."

"Stock interiors , is misleading . When you go to the webpage you see a picture of a molded carpet that looks like what your car comes with . Believe me when you get it it looks nothing like what your car came with as original equipment . It's an ill fitting cheap imitation . In my case completely unusable . Is not molded correctly . And if you are paying someone to install it . The pain gets worse . When you call them back to explain that doesn't look well or like as advertised . They play a game with you . First send me pictures so I can see what is happening . You do . Then they tell you if you send it back they may or may not give you another one . You pay to have it installed your old carpet thrown away . So to do what the ask . You must pay to have it removed to send it back . Meanwhile I guess they expect you to run around with no carpet . Then they explain to you you have installed wrong . In my case I went to a professional upholstery shop to have it install. Once you start a project is no turning around . So which you want up with is a car you can never sell . My advice to you is you're better off buying OEM carpet from a dealer . It's more expensive at first but it fits . And you won't have to deal with these clowns that will never stand behind what they sell . The kits that they sell are made by a company called ACC apparently they don't stand behind their work either . So you get the real runaround . Meanwhile you have tied up a lot of money for junk . It will cost you more money to get it fixed so your car is worth something . That's why say you're better off buying OEM carpet from a dealer . I hope this helps you in making your decision .
