"Pricing was fine. The whole online experience was good. However pickup took a long time.
There was only 1 attendant and the customer had usual question about a part. Not an issue with the attendant as he was good in answering the questions from the customer. But as there was only 1 person on duty, it took 30 mins just to pick up an order that should have been in and out.
There were several employee's at the cashier desk (right next to parts) that wasn't doing anything. It would be been easy for them to just get a name and grab an already packaged item and hand it to the customer. "

"Ordered 3 gallons of pink radiator fluid (Part Number 00272-SLLC2). Price was cheaper than other websites. Order was ready for pickup within a couple hours. Went in on Monday afternoon and there was no wait. Quick in and out, easy transaction. Only negative is the online product search engine does not work. If I type "coolant" or "00272-SLLC2", and hit enter, the fluid is not found. If I type "00272-SLLC2" and do NOT hit enter, a popup says "Search Suggestions: No suggestions found for 00272-SLLC2". But right below that within the same popup, it says "Product Suggestions: Coolant - Super Long Life". And if I click on that suggestions, the product page shows "Coolant Super Long Life. Part Number 00272-SLLC2". So if you can navigate the product search and find the product you want, you could get a pretty good deal."
