"We just received our 3rd order of blinds from Steve's Blinds and Wallpaper and they are great. We have had nothing but great things to say about this company. Their website is easy to use. We have been working with Jackie who is incredibly knowledgeable and she is such a nice person. We had a problem with one of blinds and Steve's immediately replaced it at no charge with no questions asked. We have ordered both Steve's Brand and levolor. to be honest with you the Steve's Brand is just as nice and less expensive. No other on-line company was able to come close to Steve's pricing. These guys are the best! "

"First time I ordered a sample and paid for it, then few days later they sent me an email saying the font carry this wallpaper anymore. They waisted my time, I felt that the website was outdated. (they gave me my money back). However my second experience was bad as well, I ordered 6 wallpaper roles and they only sent three of them. Even though I paid for 6 roles. I just sent them an email and waiting for their response!!! "

"I had to spend a very frustrating extra 7 hours of my time fiddling with the installation which didn't work, speaking to customer service 3 times then then finally diagnosing and filing each of the brackets in two places that were provided for my steve's special cordless, room darkening shades. There is no way the original bracket would fit the railing installation. I called customer service multiple times and they were helpful by sending me more unusable brackets. Customer service also presumed that I must have done something wrong with the install though i measured precisely numerous times and I am a very mechanically oriented person. The brackets need to be re-engineered to work.

The shade and railing is very good quality but I won't shop here again unless they promise to do the installation of their shades for free.

"Steve's Blinds Out Serviced & Out Priced Home Dept, Lowes and JC Penny's

My husband and I went to Lowes and Home Depot as well as to JC Penney's. We either couldn't find anyone in the blinds department to help us and when we did they didn't know much about the blinds themselves. It was an extremely frustrating shopping experience. I then thought I would see what I could find on-line. We came across Steve's Blinds website. We were looking for the roller screen shades that has little pinholes in them which allows light to come in but still have your privacy. We were very confused about the different percentages of openness. When we got to Steve's we started a chat session and the person on the other end was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. She sent us the following link http://www.stevesblindsandwallpaper.com/sb_RollerShadeOpenness.aspx and it answered all of our questions. She then took the time to explain to us on how to measure ourselves. It was really easy. Based upon her suggestion we ordered some free sample swatches from them which arrived within a couple of days. We ended up order blinds for our entire home - and they all came out great! I was so hesitant about order on-line but Steve's couldn't have made it easier and we saved a whole bunch of money in the process. Steve's is now our place for blinds.

"I have order both blinds and wallpaper from Steves Blinds and Wallpaper on 5 different occassions over the past 4 years. Each time they always had the lowest price and their employees were always very nice and extremely knowledgeable. One time I had a damaged blind and without hesitation they shipped me out a new blind without any questions. What a great company. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family."

"We just finished installing our Levolor Cordless blinds that we purchased from Steve's Blinds and Wallpaper. They are great! They came the same week we ordered them and they all fit perfect. We were going to order Hunter Douglas Duettes but the Levolor Cellular shades were so much less expensive and the quality seems great. The color of the fabric is so vivid and I love that there are no cords hanging down from the blinds. Steve's was running a special promotion where the cordless feature was free. I am just so happy with the service, quality and price from Steve's Blinds. I highly recommend them."

"one of the worst customer service experiances i have ever encountered. i ordered on 4-2 and despite a minimum of 6 contacts was unable to get shades produced. there was no follow up when a problem was indentified. finally, they cacelled the order because they could not get the order expidited even after a month of waiting. they did not even contact me when they cancelled the order. terrible customer service.

"This company is terrible. They sell you 1 role for the price of 2 and call it a "double roll". They only make this wallpaper in 1 size. They are getting away with charging people double. I found the same wallpaper at Lowes for less without the 50% Discount. If you want to return the product they charge you a 30% fee."

"Steve's has a Collection of Blinds that are made and shipped by the Next Business Day or they give them to you free. It seemed too good to be true - Custom blinds made and shipped within 24 hours? But we were desperate. My husband's parents were coming to stay with us for 2 weeks and I kept putting off getting blinds for our new home. So i ordered a whole house full of blinds - I think 18 in total -kept my fingers crossed - and can you believe it...they made them to my exact specification with all the options I wanted and shipped them in 1 day - Wow! And they all fit perfect. The quality is just as good as Hunter Douglas blinds that we bought a while back but more fascinating is that we saved over $450 compared to what JC Penney's wanted to charge and they wouldn't ship them for 2 to 3 weeks. "We have purchased from Steve's Blinds and Wallpaper on 3 different occasions. And each time his staff has been very knowledgeable, helpful and his prices cannot be beat. We have purchased both blinds and wallpaper and each time they arrive at our front door within a week of placing the order. On one occasion one of our blinds arrived damaged and they immediately replaced it with no questions ask. What a great company. Highly recommend them.

"DONT SHOP HERE!! I bought wallpaper paid $40 for a "double" roll. The wall paper has flaws in it. i phoned Steves was told to take a photo and send it to them and they would pass it on to the manufacturer. They said it should take 2 days. its been 1 week so I phoned again and now i cant get anyone with a pulse to speak to me. I keep getting put on hold then told they would call me back and they never have. Take my advice Shop somewhere else!"

"I ordered 5 blinds that took 9 days to arrive. The quality of the blinds are good but the color did not match what I ordered. I shipped a slat back to the factory and they said the color was a slight variance in stain lot numbers. Funny how the vallence matched the color I ordered, but the blinds were a differet color. The factory will not replace, they informed me that it just must suck to be me!!
I will order the next 9 blinds for my house from someone else.
