"Wow! What great service and at a great price! I ordered this pool pump after finding it online. The price was the best I could find of anyone. The shipping was lightening fast and the packaging was excellent. I had only needed the strainer basket housing for my old pool pump, but I got the entire pump, motor, and housing assembly for the price offered just for the housing at my local pool supplier. It is winter , so I haven't hooked up the pump yet. However, I don't doubt that the pump will perform. Thanks Star Pool"

"I can't speak highly enough of this place. Yes, I know the website needs some work but after shopping for replacement cartridges for my DE filter they were definitely the least expensive. Even their shipping charges were totally reasonable and realistic. However, this company went above and beyond great customer service. I ordered eight large cartridges on the evening of Thursday Dec. 23, 2010. On Monday Dec 27th they emailed me and said the weather was causing shipping delays back east so they tracked down a supplier in California (where I live) to ship them to me at no additional cost. They said the filters should arrive no later than Thursday of that week. I got them early Wednesday morning a day earlier than expected and much sooner than I expected to get them in the first place given the holiday season. My only complaint (as was noted by another reviewer) is that it is not completely apparent you have completed the on-line order process. The product arrived undamaged but it seems it could have more packing inside the box. "
