"My experience was just how I like it. I was free to try on clothes in fitting room as I pleased. There was a shirt hanging on top rack that I would have liked to look at in young men's area but was no way able to reach to find size."

At one time I could find classic styles such as blazers, dress shirts and well-fitting jeans. Most of the women's section looks like old lady clothes. She didn’t have a id badge nor did she identify herself She responded to me making sure my discounts were applied in a rude manner and was very unpleasant. She handed us our receipt and we departed. "Your cashier Cheryl was super rude. Actually most of the time she is smug and seems very put-out about having to help someone. and today was kind of the last straw.. ya know? i wanted to use my birthday coupon and a clearance coupon and instead of being polite about it .. she was negatively informative that i couldn't use them both at the same time. I say i will do 2 seperate transactions.. she tells the lady behind me to probably go to clinique to check out because i am going to do 2 transactions and that will take longer. So, i did do 2 seperate it didn't take long and the lady behind me didn't mind and also thought it was kind of rude.. I do own a business myself and i feel she should be coached on how to treat customers! i would never want anyone to be fired.. but, she needs to check the attitude. A customer should never feel like they are inconveniencing an employee."
