"My experience with this store is normally great, the only complaint I have is all the rules and regulations on coupons, you can’t use coupons for spot on items, which consists of half the store, about the only thing you can use coupons on are clearance items, I buy my grandchildren a lot of clothing at the store and there’s always multiple stipulations.I would like to say I am very impressed with the manager Todd and Mike in the shoe department, They are always very helpful ,friendly and personable great assets to the store."
"The Store is well layed out and clean, but the only associate that asked if I needed assistance with anything is what I'm presuming was the Floor Manager. All other associates I saw were over at the beauty counter talking to each other. Associate that checked us out was playing on her phone and didn't notice us at first, and really wasn't that friendly during the transaction. If I hadn't found what I was looking for at a great price, I would NOT have been happy with my experience at this store."
"Having the sizes sorted in some areas would have made it easier. Only five items allowed in dressing room but no where to put items of more than five. I had to put the extra items on the floor outside the door."
"The fitting rooms were stuffed with clothes others had tried on. No associate there to take the other persons clothes. I had to stack the stuff I was trying on, on top of that stuff. Disappointed in that way."
