Several of my friends have had the pleasure of having Mary Lee assist them and came home spreading the word that finally, there is a sales person who is not only friendly but willing to go the extra mile to be helpful! You should know that this has not always been the case with some of your employees. I have made it a special point of thanking her for her excellent attitude toward customers, nearly a thing of the past in today's culture.
