"Emilio, the store manager and whom was the associate that helped us was great. Only had contact with him. He was very helpful, friendly, patient and knowledgeable about the items and the sales, etc. He made us feel welcomed in the store. He made suggestions and informed us of the sales, specials that was going on. He was there to answer our questions. He made our shopping experience great and would definitely be back to be helped by him and because of him."
"Worst experience. The associates were rude, not friendly, didn't say hello or thank you. They were on the cell phones, gossiping. They didn't approach us once. Had to wait to be checked out because they were gossiping and cussing about some girl. Didn't tell us about any discounts, specials etc. they were loud and laughing about customers. There were about 3 associates just standing around gossiping. I wish you would put cameras so you can see what they are doing. I rather drive elsewhere then to deal with your rude, unprofessional staff. This is not the first time I have experienced this kind of treatment. This is the reason, I don't visit the store as often as I would like. The customer service stinks at this location."

"Disappointed. Personal cellphones are more important than the customers. Advertised, sale prices were great when they were honored. Bathrooms were disgusting, no toilet paper in stalls, obscene words written in stall door."

Didn't talk or smile or act like she was happy I was buying something. Didn't say good day, did you find everything, good bye or come back. It might have been a busy/long day cause of Black Friday but she should have acted she was glad to have me shop in the store."
