"The associate who helped me a black lady told me I had no rewards in my account, this same associate did the same things a few weeks ago. I insisted to check again and she said no then I remembered having a reward recei that was given to me with my receipt on my previous visit. Then she tells me“Oh yes you have a reward”. I don’t want to check out with her anymore as every other associate the first thing they ask me is if I want to use my reward. It seems to me that she does notWant me to use my reward. I shop at their store almost everyday As this is the only store that has the best products whwre I live. Unfortunately people like her discourage me from shopping I tried a store on the Westbank of New Orleans but one of the associates has something to say about the clothes I buy also when I buy something on clearance. A black lady with light hair and light eyes. So sad because I enjoy shopping at your stores. I feel like I have to explain myself as to why I buy what I want to buy."
