"I came to Stage to make additional purchases and also to return some pants that I ordered online because they were the wrong fit. I didn’t get the information I need for my purchase in my packaging but after a phone call to corporate and much patience and help from the managers, we were able to return my purchase and purchase new items. I can not say enough how pleased I am with the managers and the last piece of the puzzle of information from the store associate Amy that came to give a hand. It was definitely a challenge and the entire Chalmette stage store was up for the challange!"

"Your associate Kaylee was very professional, friendly and helpful, a true and shining example of a dedicated employee. The assistant manager on duty was professional and helpful, she made me aware that they were experiencing register problems due to new software update and apologized for the wait and any inconvenience. "Frustrating in part because juniors were all considered door busters so I couldn't use my coupon in that dept. Did find a pair of slacks in women's. Home goods section was disorganized and most items not priced."
