Easy and quick process

"We were so disappointed when our TV picture started messing up. Then we remembered we bought the warranty. What an easy process it was. The rep tried fixing it over the phone, but we quickly learned it was not going to be fixed by a factory reset.
Once I sent video and pictures of the problem a replacement was sent within days. It was so easy and quick.

Broken eye glasses

"The process was very simple, it would have been faster had I realized the receipt had eye glasses for my son as well as myself which caused a delay on my part. The representative I spoke with was very knowledgeable and was able to finish processing the claim the moment I was able to identify the proper item.
