"They don't process your taxes on time and when you want to ask the status and ETA, you have no means to get to them. They dont receive your call. If you get through (1 in 100 times) they don't have any details they can give you so they tell you they will give a call back which THEY NEVER DO. I have sent 10 emails to ****@****, not one response till now. Live chat hardly works once in 30 times. You get either leave a message which you WON'T GET A RESPONSE TO or the chat window loads and disappears immediately. Do not waste your time with these people!"

"Please don't use this. They didn't return my state tax and they said they deleted my account. They don't pick up the phone and reply to the email as well. Totally Horrible. I should have put negative star if there is."

"They are the most unprofessional service I ever experienced. They did a mistake with my state tax return by including an amount twice which made my total income higher than normal. It took them 10 days to admit and attempt to correct. The deadline for taxes was approaching so I was contacting the live chat support every day. I had to explain them the situation and convince them they did a mistake and then all they said was to not worry and that they would correct and send me the updated report before the deadline. Since I was suspicious, I went to a tax professional a bit before the deadline and easily filed my state tax return. I'm glad I did that because after the deadline they still didn't correct my return and all they said was they would process a refund for my payment.
Please stay away from Sprintax and save your time! It is extremely easy to file the return by yourself, or get some help at any Volunteer Income Tax Assistance."
