"My experience with Sports Unlimited has been fantastic. I made my fist order, a Grays Field Hockey stick, two weeks ago. The day after I placed my order I received an email from Holly at SU that the size stick I ordered was not available. She suggested another Gray's stick that was comparable in price and material. I decided I wanted to try the Grays GX9000 Elite Composite Field Hockey Stick which was an upgrade from my original choice and the suggested replacement. The price difference was about $40 more. Holly assured me the sick would still be delivered before Easter and they would honor my original price. I haven't had customer service like this in ages and especially from an online retailer-as they never meet you so often the service leaves a lot to be desired. I will reccomend SU to all friens/family.
