"I wish I could leave Zero Stars, because that's exactly what this overpriced garbage is, in my opinion. I finally receive my package today, after waiting for 3 weeks, all the while messaging Spicy Lingerie for a shipment date. Their customer service made the same "excuses" of their shipments taking 3 - 4 days for regular merchandise, 7 - 8 for special orders, something like this. Yet, I didn't have a "special order" and it took far longer than even the 7 - 8 day window. So I unwrap the items and I couldn't believe how "cheaply" made these are. I'm talking paper-thin material, Itchy feeling, personally didn't look like the photos at all. Then upon closer inspection I see: Made in China on the price tag. Of course, because I'm quite sure their sizes are totally different, even though I still ordered larger and it was way smaller than I thought it would be. What a complete letdown. Now I read, I have to Pay, to ship this darn package (bag) back on my own dime and it will take up to 5 days AFTER they receive my shipment, to possibly get a refund, there are even more rules along with this.
Please, Please, Please...just save your money for actual "Quality" items that will last and feel Comfortable (Especially Intimate Apparel), not like you rolled out of a burlap sack. Yuck.... "

"I bought a costume from this company and it did not fit. The size chart is completely wrong! They failed to mention in their products come from China. The sizing for items made in China is not the same as those made in the US. They will not give me a refund on a product that, I would never have purchased had I known it was made in China. They only want to give a store credit! Why would I want a store credit from a store that sells stuff made in China and I know won't fit! The customer service claims they had no idea the item was made in China, but right on the package it says made in China. The manufacturer did not disclose that info, but if you are a seller you need to be aware of where the items you are selling are coming from. So basically this company has stolen money from me.
