"This company is very bad!!!! I ordered gogo boots for a Halloween costume back in October, I ordered express mail. Needless to say they sent me a email in spam that the boots were back ordered I would receive them in 4-6 weeks. Well I received them 5 months later, with them charging me a $30 express delivery charge. I called the company, they informed me that I would not be reimbursed for their shipping mistake and I also have to pay for shipping to return the item. Very poor customer service!!!! Will never use again!!!!"
"I purchased over $150 of merchandise, There sizing charts are absolutely HORRIBLE! Nothing fits according to their charts. Then the claim the items were "tried on" when they were so obviously too small, never tried on and returned in perfect UNUSED CONDITION IN ORIGINAL INNER AND OUTER PACKAGING. Furthermore, the so called "free items" sent were size SMALL and every iten I ordered was a Large. Useless product! Never offered a store credit. Then the returns dept said they emailed me and did not, I had to call after 15 days of not hearing from them! Upon further review, the Better Business Bureau will not rate them either because of complaints. The company owner Stacey Malungo is probably just counting her money and scamming people on the internet in my opinion! If you want to throw your hard earned money away, shop here! I will never give this company another penny, biggest ripoff on the internet, you've been warned!!!!!"
"Hello again I have already given this company 10 thumbs down for not sending purchase of shoes I ordered December so I canceled the order a week later I received all but the tax portion of the order. 1 pair boots. I was good then on January 10th these people take another payment of 109.81 from my account that was on auto pay for my light bill. What's fishy is the boots never came seems fraudulent to me but I'm definitely disputing with my bank if I do not get my money put back. There is no 800 number or customer service people whom you can actually call in to smh"
