"These guys are useless, do not use. I'm an electrician who has been embarrassed and let down by this bunch of clowns. Well over a week waiting for fittings that were apparently in stock, one irate client, and no answer to my (very polite) website enquiry of 3 days ago asking when, or indeed if I may receive my goods. Trading standards are getting a call, they're trading fraudulently I reckon. "
"11 days and counting. Still no sign of the sockets and switches ordered or any response from "Speedy" Electrical to the messages I have sent. No phone number - I wonder why? They have taken my money but customer service is non-existant. Not a company I will deal with in the future. Other items from other sites ordered at the same time were delivered the next day!
Goods just arrived 10 minutes after writing this review! However still not impressed by delivery time or lack of customer service."
"I am another who wished I had found this website before placing an order. I ordered some goods with them on 10th June, money taken out of my bank on 11th June but no confirmation email or response to my emails asking for order confirmation and delivery date. It is very strange that they have no phone number. I also tried Directory Enquiries but they have no listing for them. I will continue sending them emails in the hope that they respond but I must admit I am a little worried. I will be interested to hear if anyone managed to get a response from them. ***UPDATE*** Well, to my surprise I received my goods this morning - so only a week after ordering, so not too bad, although the electrician came round at the weekend so I had to buy some other sockets locally. I should be able to use the speedy electrical ones elsewhere in the house though. So, delivery was OK, just the lack of order acknowledgement and responses to emails the problem. I did receive an email from the courier last Friday saying that they would deliver today. Goods look OK, packaging a bit worn round the edges but items look OK."
"I wish I had spotted these reviews before placing an order. I placed an order, no email confirmation, so sent a query - no answer. A week later they have taken my money but no goods have appeared. I have a horrible feeling I will never see the products - is this legal?"

From start to finish this company has been a Complete Disaster. Money taken without order number or confirmation e-mail,
When i tried to call to rectify the problem'
It seems Speedy Electrical thinks its no problem to do business without a Phone line or Contact number '
so i replaced the failed order only then to wait 8 days without confirmation or mail, so then i try to contact them via Mail , i get a response that my order has been lost in transaction' and not all the items are in stock , all in all im still without my order 6 weeks later ! Please avoid this company like the plague!!"
