"I ordered a replacement left tail light assembly for my Nissan Frontier. I ordered on a holiday and I received a thank-you email the next day. The following day, I received an order invoice email and another email containing the tracking number for my order. Two days later, my order arrived. The part was exactly as described and it installed and looked just as I expected. Also, the price was the best I found. Very positive experience with Speedy Car Parts. Would definitely shop with them again."

"I ordered a fuel pump on 3/13/10. The item was listed as being "in stock". I submitted payment and received an email indicating that I would receive shipping confirmation within 48 hours. It has been 99 hours since I placed my order, and I have not received a shipping confirmation or any other indication of my order status. I called customer service and was advised that I was caller #41. After waiting 15 minutes on hold the call disconnected. Called back and there was no response.

With no other option, I selected the "live help" option on the website but the only advice I could be given was that I would receive an order update via email. I need this part in 3 days, otherwise I will have to purchase locally. "Speedy" is not descriptive of the service I have received from Speedy Car Parts. TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE... BEWARE.

"Great prices with free shipping. My ground shipping arrived on the second day because they have a distribution center in Denver!

updated 1/18: I discovered that each item carries its own shipping policy. Some do not carry any shipping charge regardless of purchase total; some are shipped free after $50(?) dollars; and others carry both shipping and handling charges regardless of purchase amount. I can not figure out the shipping policy of each item until I add them to the cart and play with quantity to determine which shipping category it belongs to.

"All in all I am very happy with my order. I am a returning customer. On my first order 5620080 I was not charged with shipping or handling. Why was I charged this time. I do not mind shipping charges so much as I do handling charges. If you are going to sell something you will have to handle it. I should NOT have to pay for it. I usually do not buy if I have to pay handling charges but I hit a deer and needed a head light and you had the best deal and I had dealt with you before. Handling charger are not fair and I might not make another purchase if I have to pay them again. Thank You for Listening."
