"The shipping was very fast. Unfortunately, I got a wrong part. I scratched it while trying to install it, so I won't be able to return it. I tried to check what I actually ordered, but there is no "order status" on the site. The e-mails and the packing slip have no description of the part. The part numbers used in the packing slip cannot be found on the site. Google shows that it's the part I got, not the one I needed. I don't know if it was my mistake, and there is no way to check."

"At first I was very pleased with Speedy Car Parts. The part I ordered was reasonably priced and delivered very quickly. The problem arose when I found out that it wasn't the right part that I needed (totally my fault for ordering the wrong part). Their so-called easy returns are anything but easy. After filling out the form to get a Return Authorization # (which you have to have to return anything) I never received any response from company. I then called Customer Service and was emailed the directions for returns and supposedly the RMA #. That email had all the instructions, but no RMA #. I then called back and was told that I would be emailed an RMA # in 24 - 48 hours. I received the email with an RMA # almost immediately, except now my restocking fee that they are charging me has doubled from the original email I received. I would not recomend this company. It's starting to smell fishy."
