I wanted to verify that the item was in stock so I placed my order over the phone. Hold time to get in was a full 15 minutes, but once I got a live person on the other end the transaction was processed without a problem.

The salesperson was helpful and honest about possible delivery problems during the holidays. I needed the fan overnighted to me and he said he would do what he could to get it to me in 1-2 days max. UPS delivered it to my door 26 hours later and the part was an exact factory replacement - not a generic substitute.

I expected S&H for overnight delivery to cost much more than it did but it was actually very reasonable. I received an order confirmation minutes after placing my order and the following morning received a tracking number indicating my package was "out for delivery."

Other than the long hold time the transaction was quite smooth and positive. "
