"Ordered around midnight on Sunday. Part was delivered to my front door on Tuesday afternoon.

I ordered a replacement keyboard for my Qosimo and the part is identical to factory original.

No issues, smooth process. Would definitely recommend.

"I am always skeptical about ordering online so deliberately contacted this company prior to ordering to see if I got a 'personal' response not an automated one. I received a personal email within hours. The part I ordered for my washing machine was available but not in stock. It arrived when they said it would. Cannot fault them, I was kept informed throughout the whole process and they were reasonably priced. All in all an excellent experience."

"Simply terrible. I had been recommended to use them as they supposedly were one of the few resellers of an OEM charger for my laptop. I went through the whole process of ensuring I got the right one. The first one they shipped was the wrong model. When I called them they were incredibly unhelpful on the phone trying to infer it was my mistake despite the fact that the markings on the package indicated a clearly different model charger (less voltage output) than I had ordered. They finally told me I had to go through their website to fill out an RMA request and in order for them to ship me what I had ordered they would have to charge my account again or wait until they got me a UPS label, wait for the shipment to get to them, wait for them to verify the contents and then reship the correct item. With time being of the essence I agreed to have the correct item reshipped and recharged. About 5 days later I get the "replacement" charger which instead of being an OEM model costing $60 is a "compatible" which should have cost $29 on their website and is easily obtainable for under $10 on eBay. I called them up to complain and ask that they refund the difference in cost to me. They told me again that I have to make all complaints through the website. I filled the form out and got an email back telling me that I could verify with Toshiba that this was indeed the equivalent to an OEM. I guess they never expected me to call Toshiba who bluntly told me that the brand Spare Parts had shipped me was a knock-off and not OEM. In addition, they have yet to refund me the cost of the original charger they shipped which was their mistake."

"Well, on top of the fact that they waited 30 minutes before closing, they simply sent me an email, indicating that the price would be $41 more than what I was quoted. Buyer BE WARE! Prices are not guaranteed!!!

They also should have processed the order today to be shipped out. Instead, they simply put the order on hold pending my acceptance of the new price. I needed that part tomorrow! I'm now dead in the water thanks to very poor customer service. NEVER AGAIN!!!

"I chose to order a part for our large format printer. I was in disbelief at how low the part price was compared to the rest of the market. It was factory direct and 100% guaranteed compatible with my machine. There is a 90 day factory warranty with my product. I was emailed when I placed my order, emailed when it was shipped and I received my product within 2 business days when ground ship is promised in 3-5 business days. I installed my part and it works like a charm. I am so excited I found this company. Reading the return policy I will always make sure I am ordering the right part because a restock is pricey. "

"I'm wondering how this company is listed with 5 stars when the have so many bad reviews. Is there a place to give reviews of resellerratings site for being misleading...anyways... I ordered two power supplies from them. Only received one - and it didn't work. Also spoke to customer service before receiving because my overnight request didn't arrive for 4 days - so that was another $50 dollars thrown away - I suppose that was my fault though because I didn't see the small print on the homepage that they don't ship on Saturdays - would have been nice if they put that on one of the checkout pages...but naw...that's be good customer service they wouldn't want to do that (sarcasm). Anyways, the lady wasn't friendly - so I have to ping them on that also - kinda got the "look you idiot" tone of voice. Anyways, all said and done I've lost over $100 dollars plus the time I've spent dealing with this B.S."

"What a spectacular company to deal with. I was very skeptical upon reading bad reviews, but I'm glad that I took a risk.

I ordered a keyboard for a Toshiba Satellite A215. Upon ordering I received what seemed to not be an automated email, asking to verify my billing address because my card had declined. I sent an email back and received a prompt reply from a Marla Kessler. She was very polite and informed me my order shipped. It was here in 2 days and worked perfectly. As a CompTIA A+ Certified IT Technician, I will confidently be shopping here again when I need parts.

"I was very nervous about ordering from this company due to seemingly never ending bad reviews, so I went to my local computer store that I have done business with for many years to order the part. They told me that they use Spare Parts Warehouse all the time with no issues. I then decided to call them to verify that they were able to get or had the part in stock. They told me it would be drop shipped direct from the manufacturer, so I went ahead and ordered the part. Within minutes I had an email confirmation of the order and within a few days had the exact part I needed. I do look at reviews quite often but rarely will leave one. This company did exactly as was expected and I am very pleased. Thank you SparePartsWarehouse.com"

"They don't provide any order status (via email or by logging into their website). I had a fuser die on a printer and ordered a new one from here. Their site claimed it would be shipped the same day, and I paid for 1-2 day shipping. The following Monday (should have arrived the previous Friday at the latest) I called to find out they hadn't shipped it yet, it was backordered, although it sounded like it would have simply been in limbo if I hadn't called. They now claim it'll ship tomorrow, but they won't cut a break on the shipping. I wouldn't order anything from here if time and accuracy of fulfillment are an issue."

"The site is relatively easy to navigate, but...

Customer Service is a bit frustrating. Sometimes the site can be misleadin in how they lable their parts. And if you ever need to return an item, the restocking fee is incredibly high. You have to prove within a shadow of a doubt that it was their mistake if you want to get around the fee, which is close to impossible to do.

We're a computer repair company and try hard to find quality parts for quality prices. Due to our problems in the past with this store, we're only using them to verify parts for future purchases.

"Placed on order for a powerswitch board for a HP laptop on Wed. July 1st. I called to check on the order the next day and was told that it would probably ship that day, but the customer service rep could not tell me for sure as it would take a day or two to get a response from the warehouse. Since they were going to be closed on Friday, I would need to wait to Monday in order to confirm it had shipped and get a tracking number.

I had the part in hand before the end of the weekend. Unfortunately, it turned out that I didn't need the part. On Monday, I contacted them using their on-line form in order to start the return process. I received an e-mail fairly quickly telling me that there would be a $25 restocking fee and I would receive a credit of about $14 for the part. I figured spending $30 for returning the part was better than $50 and keeping it.

The one main issue I have with them is that there is no way to monitor the status of your order on-line and they do not automatically provide tracking information to you when your item ships. Other than that, they were very responsive to any phone calls/e-mails and their prices are very reasonable.

"Be forewarned! This company does not use ethical business practices!

I ordered a wireless miniPCI card for an HP laptop. While they sent the right part, it was defective: it did not work from the time that I installed it in the client's laptop. As the client needed to get up and running, I had to order it from another store that was more local and got him running again. I contacted SparePartsWarehouse about the failed part and, at first, requested a refund for the full amount. After all, they can't charge a "restocking fee" on something they can't restock due to being defective, can they? Well, Crystal seems to feel differently. Considering that the part cost $44 ($36 for the part plus $8 for shipping) and they expect to keep $25 of the value of the defective part, that means that I will essentially be paying $5 to send the part back ($11 refund minus the $8 that it will cost to send the part back to them as well as minus the original $8 I paid to receive their defective part.)

I shall say that unless they change their decision and refund the full amount, including shipping both ways, to me due to the failure of the part they provided as a responsible and moral company does, I will do no business with them again. I have been in business for 20 years and don't have time to waste on nefarious companies such as SparePartsWarehouse. Considering that I do business totalling thousands of dollars with each of my regular suppliers each month, it was possible for them to obtain a nice new account but not if they are going to pull stunts like this!

Buyer Beware! Steer clear of this company!

"Ordered a Sony Touchpad Ribbon Cable with LEDs from off the website around 2pm on Thursday, got a shipping notice Monday with it arriving Tuesday. Great timing with most places not admitting they are out of stock or taking 2 weeks to get a ribbon cable mailed out.

Price was great. Lowest there was online. Not cheap, but that type of part never is.

All together I was quite satisfied with the entire transaction. I recommend trying the site if you're on the edge.
