"They intentionally shipped the windshield with one layer of bubble wrap. When I called, the parts salesman stated "I knew that was going to happen." The next sentence out of my mouth was "why did you do it." He even explained that I was the second customer that happened to and Acura refuses to send them anymore packing for the windshield. I'm no rocket scientist, but how about you come up with your own packaging material and offer it to the customer. I wouldn't have minded paying a little extra for shipping. Now I have a shattered windshield in my garage that I have to figure out how to dispose of. Sons Acura doesn't give a crap about its customers or the fact that I waited a whole week to get a product that they knew would arrive damage. I guess I'm sucker at the end, regardless who's fault it's at the end (Acura warehouse or Sons Acura)."
