"I ordered a bumper with a free shipping coupon that i received from a previous order. The email stated that the next order discount applied and did not specify any restrictions (i.e., oversize items). Here is the email:

"Thanks for reviewing your experience with Sons Acura. On your next purchase you can take advantage of the Free shipping on your next order discount during checkout by providing the coupon code "thankyoufree2013". This coupon can only be used ONCE.
We appreciate your business!

They then backed out of paying for shipping for a bumper. The parts manager, bill, stated that they "will not eat $225 worth of shipping." Then why lead customers on and send coupons to customers stating free shipping? Maybe reviewing your sales terms and including disclaimers on coupons you published may clarify and avoid misleading your customers. Very disappointing and unpleasant experience.

"I have always enjoyed excellent service with Sons Acura. I reside in Europe and living in a foreign country with a foreign car can be challenging when something breaks. This last occasion my mechanic could not figure out what the name of the part was that was required for my Acura. I took a picture of the part and contacted Sons to assist me. Since they have always been helpful in the past, I assumed this time would be no different. I spoke to a gentleman whom I won't name here who told me that I could email him the picture in order to identify the part. I explained to him that I was in a difficult position and time was of the essence. After not hearing anything for two days, I sent him an email to find out if he'd had any luck. He replied back immediately that he didn't know what the part was and that I should get with someone here who could help me. I went back to my mechanic and he was able to identify correctly one of the two parts that I needed by using the Sons Acura website. I ordered two parts (one was the wrong item) and got the parts in a timely manner. As I said, I have had wonderful service in the past. It just seemed like this one employee just didn't care."

"Very impressed with Sons Acura. I placed my order on-line on Friday, after the store was closed. The order was processed first thing Monday morning and delivered to my house the next day.
