"My experience with Paige was great. However, the other two times I called, the customer service reps where AWEFUL! We received a treadmill that does not run. When I made a service call to order a new motor 3 weeks ago, it was NEVER entered into the system. I made the decision to return the equipment due to the incompetent service people I had previously spoken with as they did not represent the company well. I did receive an RMA number, however, after speaking with Paige, I'm considering keeping the treadmill. She has placed an order for the replacement part (unfortunately, the part is not in stock) so not sure how long it will be before the treadmill will be running. "

After asking for pictures he informed me that the metal piece was apart of the frame and part of the lifetime warrenty!
