Great Customer Service!!!

"I contacted Sole Fitness' customer/technical service line and spoke to Ms. Paige, who was EXCELLENT in assisting me with my worn out belt situation. She was very patient as I explained the issue and we did a "step test" while talking to identify the immediate issue. This is what I call Excellent customer service where the tech person listened to the client and helps them resolve the issue in a comfortable, expedient manner.

Thank you again Ms. Paige!!! Thank you Sole Fitness for hiring the best employees for your customers!!!

Adam B. is the best ever!

"I dread having to call customer services anywhere, but Adam B. at Sole Fitness was phenomenal! It was easily the best customer-service experience of my half-century life. It wasn't because he is technically competent and easily helped me out, which I'm grateful for. But Adam's personality is engaging, friendly, and wonderful. While he was typing in my ticket, we had a great discussion and found some mutual interests like Lord of the Rings, ancestry, New Zealand, and the intricacies of serial numbers. Adam is really funny too, made me smile and cracked some great jokes! Crazily chatting with him was the highlight of my morning. With Adam's epic people skills, he should be leading departments and training others about how to make customers feel so welcome. I can't say enough great things about Adam or my call experience today. You should definitely use the recording of our call for training!"

"In reference to work order #769534-1
I called Sole customer service and they put me in touch with Shelley in tech support. I explained that my husband and I could not align the console mast cover properly and we were using a bungee cord to keep it closed. She was professional, empathetic and immediately sent me an email so I could attach the sales receipt and pictures to my reply. Once Shelley received my response, she quickly processed the claim and is sending new covers, hardware and a technician. I was highly pleased with my interaction with Shelley, she provided excellent customer service.
