I had a few criteria, nothing extremely stringent; they had to carry they products I needed, answer their phones, have a tech support dept, ship via USPS was VERY important, have some sort of forum attached to their site so I can learn from others and maybe in the future share, be a little blunt and forthright but nor arseholes and be reasonably priced.
