"Got great customer service when I phoned the 800 number and was given great information. I was also pleased to find the item I wanted on Sale. When I placed my order to Canada and saw that the shipping was only 16$ I was thrilled but now that UPS is dropping it off and asking for 87$ brokerage fee I am shocked and very disappoint!!! "Great job. I couldn't be happier. I ordered the equipment online at night. In the morning I realized I had neglected to include a critical piece of equipment. I called the next morning, talked to a very helpful and efficient associate and added the circuit breaker to the order. It all arrived just as I hoped. The invoice was correct and all the material was as expected.

My only suggestion for improvement would be to have the order that I view online be updated with the correct information as well. It never did show the updated order with the 175A circuit breaker and updated price. When I called a second time just to confirm that the breaker was included, the associate assured me it was, gave me the price total and said that the correct information would be on the invoice. She was absolutely correct.

The people who man your phones are professional, reassuring and understanding. Your company will be my first choice from now on. "
