After doing a bit of research I decided to try it out for one of our MSDN renewals. after a full day of still seeing the order as pending I decided to call to see how they are getting such a low price on MSDN subscriptions, as I was expecting to have 3 other partners order their renewals right away. needless to say after calling and being greeted with just a "hello", and smart remarks I asked to have my order canceled. I actually think I will be calling the bank to have them cancel my credit card as well. Doing online purchasing is risky enough, don't order from this site."

Wasn't super confident about some of their consumer experience reviews, but decided to toss the dice. And I am soooo glad I did!

Placed an on-line order about 9:30 AM April 13, 2005 and received the usual e-mailed order confirmation. Just for my confidence, I called to confirm their receipt and availability. (I had called C/S on the 12th to confirm it was in stock). The helpful C/S representative said it would be shipped the 13th, followed by an e-mail with tracking info on the 14th.

Well to my surprise, the FEDEX truck pulls in the driveway about 10:00 AM today (14th) with a delivery. No . . . Could it be? . . . . Yes it was the projector. My largest fear was it was incorrectly shipped via overnight service from Atlanta. It wasn't, thank goodness! Seems it was shipped from a regional distribution point 120 miles west of Philadelphia!

The projector is new, factory sealed and works like a champ!

Guess I'll get the tracking number later today!

"The MSDN subscription is not what it seems. Since Softwaremore USA does an online registration in the eyes of Microsoft it is not viewed as a legitimate licence of their software. According to Microsoft every reseller must supply a shrink-wrapped box that contains a certificate of authenticity. When I contacted Softwaremore USA they stated they would not supply me with this certificate. Now I am stuck with a $1000 pirated copy of MSDN. Beware when purchasing sofware from this company."

"Purchased an LCD projector. The product was over 1 week late. Mis-labeled address was the root cause of the problem and Softwaremore did nothing to correct it. My package was delivered to the wrong address twice, given to someone by FedEx just to get rid of the package, had to notify FedEx three times with the correct address and the package still sit in the FedEx warehouse for days after that. It was only after I notified Softwaremore the second time that I would not spend any more time trying to fix their mistake, and that I wanted my money back, that they got the package delivered. Their customer service people completely ignore you and take no responsibility for anything. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. "

"Price offered did not mention a qty or time limit. Order was initially stated as backordered. For 10 days. Then 3 weeks. Then Cancelled as being a limited time a quantity item. I think they realized they had priced the item far below what they had to pay for it and renigged on their stated price. They were polite, however I did not feel they were honest in admitting an error that might have cost them $1,000 to get my software for the stated price.
I will therefore not do business with them. If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is (and in this case it fit - and I wasted a month in trying to get a price that was too good to be true)

"Ordered Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Standard full version on 06/18/03. E-Mail confirmation immediately received, and UPS tracking number e-mailed the following morning (selected free UPS ground shipping.) Received my order on 06/24/03 as promised, and everything OK (UPS Ground from Atlanta to Denver.)

"We are not satisfied with this companies buisness practices. We tried to purchase a copy of Adobe Illustrator 10 for an unbalievable price. I called the companie's sales department before placing the order and asked them how they could sell this at such a low price. They told me that "they were in a position where they would still profit from selling at this price." So I placed the order. We get a call the next day with them telling use that we cannot buy the software because it is for GOVERNMENT USE ONLY. There was no mention of this on their website, nor in the product description. We will not consider purchasing from then again."

"Website needs to display more info on the product. Although, customer service over the phone was very helpful and they answered all of my questions.

I bought Adobe Illustrator and it came in at a resonable time. I got everything except for the official product box. Although, despite my initial suspicions, the product is the real thing. I registered it with adobe. I also called up adobe to check validity of the product and the service confirmed that my copy of Illustrator is legal.

Conclusion, I got a good deal on the product and customer service is great."

"Went with this company mainly because of its high customer satisfaction ratings at Bizrate and they had a great deal on Adobe Illustrator 10 ($187 shipped! Same item went for $350 at Newegg, a company I'm pretty loyal to). Item arrived approx. a week after order, which is not bad, and just as desribed on website. The only suggestion I'd make is that they need a way to view the status of your order on their website. No shipping notice is emailed to you and an answering machine answers the phone. Still, at these prices, this is a small complaint. A good honest company to take a chance on."
